We had a great stay. The location is perfect, close to Deer Valley and to town (Park City). Property manager was very responsive. Would recommend this property.
This place was perfect for us! Super close to downtown and walking distant from deer valley chair lifts. We spent most of our time mountain biking at deer valley and it was awesome to just ride our bikes down the hill for breaks etc.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was nice and clean, and the location is great too, very close to the ski resort. The management is very responsive, and takes care of issues very quickly. We would like to come again next year.
We were only minutes away from Deer Valley Resort. Our small SUV fit perfectly in the garage. The property manager was very responsive via text. The hot tub was fantastic after a day of skiing and the kitchen was well stocked.
furnished very nicely with loads of towels and blankets
Plenty of closet space to hang clothes
Looked like it was newly remodeled - nice granite throughout the house
Great location for summer concerts

Great
Great location and space was perfect for a family of five. Instructions were clear and accurate for checking in. Place is in good shape. There was tons of snow that affected use of hot tub and likely caused a little dampness of rug near window in master bath but thats not surprising given all the snow this winter. Great location for skiing at Deer Valley.

Best location!
My family of four loved our stay at Wildflower! We have a 9 and 11 year old and wanted to be as close as possible to a shuttle stop. This is one of the last stops before getting to the lodge and the stop is right outside the door. The kitchen has all a cook needs to make wonderful meals if you are looking to cook during your time on the mountain—all-clad cookware and great cutting knives. We loved the private hot tub as well as the family games they have available. The view outside the living room can't be beat!

Good
Very comfortable and convenient location. Negatives are the absence of window coverings in the main bedroom. Need to wear a mask to sleep past 6am. Also the “intelligent “ heating control keeps changing the temperature to save energy, can get very cold upstairs at night.
Let me start with the positives. Location about 0.5 miles from the DeerValley base, and the granite counters, and new tile in the bathrooms were nice. The communication from the host was excellent, as well. Kitchen appliances were good.
Now the negatives. I have stayed at many properties, and this was not worth the price, and did not come close to other DV rentals.
First, the garage code should have been sent with the check in instructions. The front door faces the main road accessing DV base. You can't access this entrance from the property, without walking around the building in mud/snow, which is NOT accessible from the parking lot.
The front facing bedroom faces the main street, and is indeed quiet from 10 pm - 6:30 am. On a good note, no alarm needed to wake up for first tracks! Speaking of alarm, the clock radio in same room doesn't work, along with several light bulbs in the bedrooms, and in the garage.
As I mentioned, the granite counters look great, but they are on old/cheap cabinets that are in desperate need of replacement. There is a hole in the ceiling in the kitchen, from prior water damage, and the floor vent in the guest bathroom is severly damaged, and may put guests at risk for foot injury.. New flooring/carpet is needed, and good luck getting more than three people at the kitchen table, that is pressed up against the wall, due to the small size of the area.
Also, there is no access from this unit to the DeerValley shuttle service.

Thank you for taking the time to provide detailed feedback about your recent stay. We're pleased to hear that you appreciated the location of the property, its amenities such as the granite counters and new tile in the bathrooms, and the effective communication from our host team. We're also glad to know that you found the kitchen appliances satisfactory.
However, we deeply apologize for falling short of your expectations in several aspects. We understand your frustration regarding the garage code and the inconvenience of accessing the front entrance, especially during inclement weather conditions. Your concerns about noise disturbance and maintenance issues in the bedrooms, garage, and kitchen are duly noted, and we will address them promptly to ensure a more comfortable experience for future guests.
Improvements to the kitchen layout and access to transportation services will also be considered to enhance overall guest satisfaction. We truly value your feedback as it helps us identify areas for improvement, and we hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust and welcome you back for a more enjoyable stay in the future.
Overall this place was good but not excellent. The location was great! The condo needs some work. Kitchen items were not organized and didn’t feel clean. Things were thrown in drawers and cabinets. The cover was off of the microwave and the dishwasher was loose. The beds were comfortable and with a little love this place could easily go from good to great!
Great location for DeerValley. Short drive to everything else Park City. There is a shuttle stop just outside the front door. Perfect holiday get away location for us.
Great location with views of Deer Valley. Minutes from the ski area with a bus stop right outside the front door. The hot tub was clean and nice to use. The kitchen is cooking friendly. We have stayed in this area a dozen times and this was one of our favorite for the price.
We enjoyed our stay at this two bedroom condo located very close to Deer Valley Resort. This was a summer visit, and we brought three bikes that we stored in the garage. That's nice to do when you have dirty bikes and are trying to keep the place clean. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking utensils and pots and pans. Bless the person who left the full bag of Pete's beans, as there is a coffee grinder and drip coffee maker. Beds are comfortable. We would stay here again.
This is an excellent location for skiing in Deer Valley or Park City. There is a free shuttle bus to Deer Valley and Park City ski areas that comes by frequently right across the street from the townhouse. The owners are extremely nice and accommodating. When we arrived early with a toddler in tow they immediately sent a crew over to ready the house and let us leave our multiple bags there while they did it. The house was as described, very comfortable and clean.
This a place we have returned time and time again. We love the unit for our family and the location is ideal for skiing.

Wonderful stay near Deer Valley
The condo was perfect for our annual family ski trip to Deer Valley. The location is so convenient with the bus stop across the street which made going up to Deer Valley easy, particularly with a baby. The inside of the condo was very nice. We love the layout of the large bedrooms and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking pans etc. The living room was roomy for all of us. We would definitely stay there again.

Convenient, clean property with a lovely view
This is a terrific property for a family, like ours, interested in proximity to the slopes, in-home dining, room to spread out and access to a nice library of books. Our family of six stayed over the Christmas/New Years holiday and were pleased at our choice (This is our second time staying in Deer Valley over the holidays so we weren't complete newbies). So why not the fifth star? The kitchen was great for cooking but table/serving/food prep utensils were in short supply as were cleaning products. It would have been nice to have items at the ready and not have to buy them for such a short stay as we do like to keep the place clean on our watch. As for serving items, we were a party of six and so were given six forks, knives and spoons and plates, which meant repeated washings and a lot of water use (We ate breakfast and dinner in all but one night). I understand that property owners/managers are worried about theft but it does make a difference. The property management team is conscientious so I've no doubt such feedback would be taken into consideration were we to stay again--which we are seriously considering.
