COMFORTABLE HARTWELL LAKE HOME AT GREEN POND LANDING

This comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom lake house is perfect for families. It is situated in a quiet cove, but close to the big waters of Lake Hartwell. This is private property with a gated drive. It is located 25 mins. from Clemson University, 20 mins. from Anderson, SC, 10 mins. from I-85, and 2 mins from Green Pond Landing. The house is right across the lake from Portman Marina where non-ethanol gas is available.
There is a large dock with swimming ladder and easily accommodates your boat. The large yard has plenty of room to run and play and to park your boat trailer. There is definitely room to strike up a friendly ball game, so bring your football or ball and bat.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, and small appliances, but no dishwasher. The great room has a table with seating for 8. There are two additional tables for playing board games and puzzles. The screened porch offers a wonderful view of the lake and is especially nice at sunset. It also has comfortable seating for 4-8. One of the 2 additional outdoor decks has a table with seating for 6. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after lake fun.
Each of the 2 bedrooms has a queen size bed and its own full bathroom. All linens, towels, and wash cloths are provided. There are two daybeds and a pull-out couch in the great room.
There are several restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores, bait and tackle stores, a hardware store, and a liquor store within a 2 mile radius.
This is a perfect spot for those attending Clemson ball games, for fishermen, and for families who just want a great place to play and relax.

Great location on the lake! We were in town for a concert, but were tempted to just stay by the lake all day! We would enjoy coming back just to enjoy this lovely property. We enjoyed learning about Aunt Fran and her impressive legacy, both personally and professionally. We were also excited to see about 10 deer including fawns next to the driveway one afternoon.

Family Weekend

Everything about this property was wonderful for our family. Great location near Clemson, to visit our Tiger. The view is amazing and so relaxing. The home has alot of wonderful history and very clean. Highly recommend!!

I must say Sally Boggs absolutely went out of her way to make sure we had a pleasant stay at her property. The property was neat and clean at well stocked. If I ever make it back to Lake Hartwell I will try to rent this property first.

We loved are stay at this Anderson property. We were there for the BassMaster High School Eastern Open. The place was clean and well equipped for our 6 day stay. The dock is perfect to moor a boat and it is very convenient to the Green Pond landing boat launch. Sally was very nice and checked on us during our stay.

a well loved home in great location

The home was immaculate and well appointed. The owners seem to treat it like their own, rather than as a rental. Walk out your back door to your own dock on the beautiful lake - great for swimming, fishing or kayaking.

We stayed here for a fishing tournament at Green Pond Landing, and I can’t believe how close we were. Easy walking distance . Check-in was a piece of cake. House is comfortable with an amazing view of the lake. We watched the boats come and go. Would stay here again.

Nice location out of the boat traffic but close to the main body of water. Large yard for parking and very private. Close to grocery stores and Anderson. Would definitely rent again! It would be nice to have tv and wifi but it was also nice to "unplug" our kids.
