The homeowner would like to address the concerns you mentioned:- The listing does note that the home includes both exterior steps and a flight of stairs to access the lower-level living area, which may be challenging for guests with limited mobility.- The boat slip has jet ski ramps on either side, but they do not impede parking a boat in the slip. The lift can be lowered for docking, and we’re happy to assist if guests need help operating it.Thank you for letting us know about your stay.
