We enjoyed a great family holiday here. There's a rear wow factor to the house and gardens. Existing photos really don't do it justice. As an old house it has its peculiarities and anyone with limited mobility would need to be aware of the very narrow staircases. But it worked perfectly for our young family and we'd happily return. We loved cycling into Honfleur, and also visiting the more local bakery every morning. Host was very responsive to our many and varied questions and requests. Would definitely recommend.
Property was ideal for a large family group. There are good supermarkets nearby and Honfleur is very close and easy to get to. House is well equipped and the pool is great. A super location in Normandy, we’ll recommended.
The house was amazing and perhaps the pictures do not do it justice.
Our party was 4 adults and a One year old Grandson and the house was amazing for all of us and the pool was a gem.
Amazing location, 5 minutes from Honflur and 5 minutes from a new Leclerc.
Very grateful for the excellent communication from Sabrina.
Wonderful house in an amazing location.
Thank you so much
Sabrina was a fantastic host and very proactive and timely with her communication. The property itself was as described and met our needs. The location was brilliant as was the layout and facilities of the house. Only things to note were the basement had a bit of a damp smell (although we were pre warned if this by the host after booking), the pool could have been a bit warmer (may have been due to the weather) and the parking only just fit 2 cars. However none of that took away from a wonderful stay and holiday
We had a fab stay here! Sabrina was an excellent host as she replied very promptly. The house was lovely, separate sections of the house worked great for us being two family’s of 2 adults and 2 children. The grounds are of a great size and the kids loved being out there all the time. Great location, Supermarket 5 min drive and beach/town about 15 mins drive. We would love to stay in this house again!

Lovely traditional house in a lovely setting.
What a relaxing and peaceful stay. The house is ideal for 2 families and grandma . Honfleur is beautiful and extremely close with lots of places to eat and shop and opportunities to relax with a beer/wine and watch the world go by. Local village is a pleasant stroll with 2 good restaurants and a fantastic boulangerie. The butchers looked enticing but with so much to see and do we ran out of time. We did eat in a couple of nights - fish on the bbq and moules and the kitchen offered us all that we needed . Pool was fun but a bit chilly !!!! Hosts were very helpful and friendly and we count ourselves very lucky that we could live the dream for a week in July .
We travelled as a family with children and felt very comfortable on the property. The property is very spacious and this gave us plenty of opportunity for outdoor activities. We enjoyed swimming in the large pool and then relaxing and drying off on the sunny terrace. The historic mill has been well renovated and offers exciting stories through authentic decorations and pictures. The fact that there is a bedroom in the basement is practical if you are travelling with relatives, as we were. At the same time, it was a bit cold and had a typical cellar smell that we had to get used to. The fact that the upstairs bathroom is in the bedroom also took some getting used to. Otherwise, the rooms were nice and spacious and the kitchen was very inviting. We were a little surprised that there was already a car parked in front of the house, so we could only park the second car with the gate open. Although Sabrina assured us that the area was very safe, we wanted to lock the property with the gate towards the evening. We also tried in vain to open the door in the basement and, despite explanations, were unable to do so. From our point of view, the key did not fit. Sabrina was always available to answer any questions and we felt we were in good hands. We would be happy to recommend the mill to others. Thank you Sabrina!
We enjoyed our stay, La Rivière-Saint-Sauveur was perfect, great pastries, a park, couple of restaurants. Close to honfleur and beaches of deauville. Layout of the house worked well for giving people different spaces. Lovely garden and we used the pool everyday.
Good communication with Sabrina throughout. A lovely quirky house that we didn’t want to leave. The garden is pretty and has room for football and cricket. The pool was amazing (just a little chilly) Just need to be aware of steps in and around the property, could be a problem for people with mobility issues. The basement area was ideal for teenagers. Narrow lane and entrance to driveway made our 8 seater vehicle a little tricky to manoeuvre. However we had an amazing time in a great location and property and would definitely recommend and return.

Charming mill, well equipped in tranquil setting
We loved our stay at le Moulin. We were greeted and shown round. The owner was easily contacted and helpful. The house was well equipped with everything we needed, the well tended large garden is nicely secluded, the setting tranquil yet close to the village. The pool was the icing on the cake as we were fortunate with the weather.

Beautiful home in a great location (quiet but with easy reach of local village and historic towns)
We loved the characterful property, and beautiful courtyard, gardens and pool. There were quite a few steps, with one staircase leading to an en suite double, 2 singles and a shower room, then another leading up to an ensuite double with loft room. Down the stairs was another double, a games room with projector and comfortable seating (and sofa bed). The kitchen was small but had everything we needed. Favourite visits were to Deauville, Honfleur and Le Havre. Highly recommend!

Country charm in Normandy
We had a very enjoyable family celebration with 10 people at Le Moulin in June. The location was perfect for exploring Honfleur and its surroundings, as well as taking long country walks in the local lanes and enjoying plenty of delicious food. The local village had a terrific bakery and family restaurant (Coup de Fourchette) that you would not want to miss. The house was characterful and comfortable, with good quality furnishings. It was also very spacious, with plenty of separate spaces & bathrooms for different family members to make their own. We made good use of the charcoal BBQ and pool in the fine weather we enjoyed, eating dinner outside every evening. The owner, Sabrina, was extremely helpful and responsive, and a local neighbor, Jean Luc, was also available to address any immediate concerns. If we ever have the chance, we would happily stay here again!

Spacious relaxation in a convenient Old Mill
The Mill is well and nicely renovated, adding modern elements while maintaining the historic atmosphere. The large garden around and the swimmingpool give just that what you need in a relaxing holiday. It was great being there with the family of 9 persons. Honfleur is beautiful and The Mill is a great starting point for touring around in the area. Normandy D-Day beaches are very impressive.
