Enjoy a wide range of activities just minutes away from our property. Sports enthusiasts can indulge in tennis, sand yachting, boating, horseback riding, golf, or mini-golf, all easily accessible from our Norman countryside home. You won't have a dull moment!

Only 5 minutes from the beach and a 10-minute drive from Deauville, Le Petit Manoir des Forges offers you a privileged geographical location. Relax and enjoy sunny days in our private heated above-ground outdoor pool, or unwind in our large wooded garden. Our spacious terrace, equipped with a large table for up to 14 people and a large patio set, will be the perfect place to share friendly moments with your loved ones.

The house has 5 bedrooms, including one in the cottage, and 4 bathrooms, providing ample space for up to 10 people in the utmost comfort. Additionally, you'll have free Wi-Fi via fiber optics to stay connected throughout your stay.

We've also thought of families with children. A baby cot (travel crib) and two high chairs for children aged 3 and above are available upon request.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, and Nespresso machine. You'll have everything you need to prepare delicious meals to enjoy with family or friends.

Finally, for your convenience, our property has three parking spaces. And if you want to travel with your four-legged companion, small pets are welcome.

Great option in a nice part of the country

Clean and as advertised. The garden is much larger than expected and well maintained. It’s a great option and would come back.

Excellent but…

A lovely home with an excellent garden. However no information pack that explained how things worked and information on the local area eg markets and nearest Boulanger…..you cannot expect the host to go through everything…..he would have to be there full time! There was only one medium towel per person and one tea towel. The family of nine from 6 years old to 75 really enjoyed the week and would return. Antoine the host was always on call and very friendly and helpful.

Check-in was with the host. The property is in a great location for visiting the local area. Perhaps a welcome pack with information on a few restaurants/local facilities would have been useful.Wi-Fi good.Kitchen facilities were good, we had everything we needed. It would have been useful to have had a cupboard to store grocery items. We would have benefitted from instructions for the hob!!A few cleaning products would have been useful, although there was washing up liquid.There were bath towels, but no hand towels.The garden was very large and our grandchildren loved the trampoline.We didn't use the pool. There was no cover and therefore there was a lot of debris from the trees although it was cleaned half way through our stay.The cleanliness of the house didn't meet our expectations considering the 250 cleaning fee. A deep clean in preparation of our visit would have appreciated.We did have a lovely family holiday and will take away happy memories of our time together.

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool und großem Garten

Es war alles wirklich sehr schön. Der Pool und der Whirlpool waren schon vorgeheizt. Das Haus war geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Antione war super freundlich und hat uns alles gezeigt. Er war jederzeit ansprechbar. Lediglich in der Küche fehlten uns ein paar Basics, die wir in anderen Häusern immer vorgefunden haben, wie z.B. Müllbeutel, Salz, Pfeffer, Spülmittel, Küchenrolle. Wir würden aber jederzeit wiederkommen.
