Hi, we are the Saugier Family!
Our family enjoys fishing and hanging around the campfire, but not the discomfort of sleeping on the ground and loading up the car when camping. We enjoy sharing our home with others in the hopes they are able to create cherished memories using Cooper Landing Lodge as a base camp. We hope you will come back or tell your friends about your stay at one of our cabins.
We would also love to see what you are doing at our cabin, around Cooper Landing, and your time in Alaska. Please share your vacation with us on Facebook and Instagram:

What makes this property unique
We love this home because it is on the river and we love the charm of the log home. Standing in the kitchen I can look out the windows and see turquoise waters of the Kenai River. The exposed wooden logs through out the cabin show the craftsmanship that went into building this home.
Additionally, we have an onsite host/guide, Rob, who is a resource to help with questions in regards to fishing, hiking, photography, rafting, wildlife viewing, foraging, flight seeing trips in a float plane, ... pretty much anything related to the outdoors!
