BRAND NEW LUXURY VACATION HOME - 6 BEDROOM 4.5 BATHROOMS DIRECTLY ON THE SAND

Welcome to Blue Oasis, this beautiful new construction home is located directly on the white sandy beaches of Indian Rocks Beach. The house consists of 6 bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms set over 3 floors.

The first floor consists of a large garage that can easily fit 2-3 cars. Step through the door and take the elevator or stairs up to the second floor.

On the second floor you will walk into a large open living area with huge windows overlooking the beach. The living area also has a large sofa with flat screen TV. There is a fantastic kitchen featuring a gas hob and stove, electric combo oven/microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher with seating for 6 at the island. There is also a wet bar and breakfast nook together with a formal dining area. You can step out onto the balcony to BBQ or sit out and enjoy the breathtaking views. On this level there are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with two sets of bunk beds, which will only accommodate children. These bedrooms share a Jack'n'Jill bathroom with shower. There is also a half bathroom for guests to use off of the living area.

The third floor consists of the remaining 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and large walk in closet. The master bathroom features a soaking tub and separate walk in shower as well as a double sink/vanity unit. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and an en suite tub/shower combination. This bedroom and the master share a large balcony with incredible views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The other two bedrooms on this floor share a Jack'n'Jill bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other a king bed. There is also a laundry room on the 3rd floor. All bedrooms have a flat screen smart TV.

The rear of the property has a pool and hot tub, with sunbeds and seating for you and your party to relax in. There is also an outdoor shower for you to rinse off after a dip in the warm Gulf of Mexico which is just steps away. There are plenty of amenities and toys for your use. We have beach chairs and umbrellas, Paddle boards and Kayaks available for your use*. There is also a full crib, pack-n-play, high chair and baby gates for your convenience. There is no doubt, that you, your family and friends will enjoy your stay in our home.

We have stayed here four years ago - everything was exceptional! We only had two negative items - Amenities in Kitchen - cookware needs to be replaced - Teflon coating coming off - and two of the mattresses needing to be replaced but that is our only negative comments and look forward to another booking in 2 years - one of our favorite houses we have stayed in!

Amazing Family Trip

We stayed here for a week with three family groups. It was great to have the pool and the beach so close to each other so when we got hot, we could come hose off and take a dip in the pool. The kitchen has absolutely everything you’ll ever need. Close distance to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Far enough away from the big hotel resorts that the beach was pretty calm. Can’t wait to come back.

Everything you need for an amazing vacation!

This is a beautiful property with all of the amenities you could ask for for a family or large group vacation! The house has more than enough room for 10 people, the pool area gets some shade and overlooks the beach, and the beach is literally steps away with plenty of room for chairs, tents, and more!

Had a few hiccups but overall enjoyed our stay. Great location, very walkable. The property was clean and as described, and beds were very comfy. Similar to other reviewers, we had a number of hot water issues but the host mentioned they are replacing the whole system so hopefully that won't be an issue for others. Would stay here again, great for our family unit of 4 with 2 grandparents

Perfect in every way. Loads of beach and pool toys for children to choose. House well appointed with kitchen appliances and grill. Perfect location on beach, walking distance to restaurants and close to PIE airport. Blue Oasis is a brand new home which will host her guests for the very first time for Christmas 2018. The home has been uniquely designed from our tried and tested floor plan we have used in building rental properties over the past couple of years. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the layout when be build the first home of this design in 2016 so we have continued with the trend. Each home is appointed with the finest finishings and decorations. There is no doubt you, your family and friends will enjoy every moment of their vacation.
