Estate Rules & Booking Policies
To maintain our peaceful atmosphere and comply with local regulations, we strictly enforce the following rules:

Maximum of 12 guests total, including children of all ages. No exceptions.

Adult/Child Breakdown: Maximum of 10 adults and 2 children. The child allocation is strictly for the bunk beds in Beach House 19806 (restricted to children under 5 feet tall).
Mandatory Registration: The first name and age of every guest must be provided at the time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if accurate guest count information is not provided at time of booking.

No Day Guests: Only registered guests are permitted on the property at any time.
Parking: Strict maximum of 4 vehicles allowed on-site (NO RVs, semi trucks, etc)

Video Surveillance is on the exterior of the property for your safety.
