Dirty outdated used furniture that was a scratching pad for cats. Closets stunk like mildew. Pillows old and stinky. Mismatched dinner wear probably from a garage sale. Old pots and pans need to be replaced. Vents rusty and dirty. Dryer vent clogged with lint. Stove top cracked and really dirty inside. Baseboards and trim around the doors looks like they painted to cover up mold. Top of the refrigerator was extremely dirty. Weather trim around the front door needs to be replaced large gaps. Smelly furniture beds No hangers in the closet. Nice outdoor set on extremely dirty balcony. Nice pictures theme on wall. Very disappointed in this place

Nice room, nice furniture, good kitchen equipment, we loved this room. The only negative we encountered was that when we first entered the room I noticed that my children's feet were very dirty, one of my children was wearing white socks and they became very dirty after the first hour of being in the room. We immediately contacted the manager, he said he would send someone to clean the room and no one ever came.

Great Beach Vaca

We had a great Time in Panama City Beach last week. This property is cute and has a Beachy feel, the balcony is large and great for watching sunsets. We love staying here!

Great Condo at a Great Beach Location

We love the Emerald Isle property. This condo was another great choice. Clean, updated and very comfortable. We loved the huge sectional, we had 7 guests and could all have a comfortable seat. Plenty of space for all to enjoy.

Absolutely Amazing!

This property was exactly as shown. Amazing views, awesome balcony, immaculate and very accommodating! The beach downstairs is spectacular with that white sand. Our vacation was perfect!

Great.Gathering Place

This condo was a perfect place.for our family get together. It was clean and comfy with all the ammenities we needed to have an enjoyable beachfront experience. View was amazing! Decor was very nice and large sectional in living room was perfect for everyone to lounge and relax indoors (although one dining chair was missing) It was also the perfect location...close to everything!

Beautiful Fall Break

This place was very convenient to everything. The elevators were not bad due to it being off season. The unit is cute and perfect t for our group! The bathrooms were dated but the rest of the unit was nice! Love the big balcony! Great stay highly recommend!

Gorgeous view and beautiful condo!

Emerald Isle takes the safety and comfort and of their guests seriously. Elevators are clean and quick. Dalton who took care of the chairs on the beach was amazing! The views from the balcony were amazing. We saw dolphins daily from the balcony and beach.

Lovely Condo

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. We love Emerald Isle, it's our favorite place to stay in PCB. This condo is beautifully decorated, clean and provided everything we needed. My only complaint would be that the Master Bed Matress was not very comfortable. Other than that everything was great.
