You will be welcomed in a recent detached house with all modern comforts.

A private swimming pool, heated from June to September, secure will allow you to relax and bask on the terrace with a view.

Direct access to hiking trails to explore the charm of this authentic region on foot or by bicycle.

10 minutes from Cahors, city of art and history, the village of Montcuq well known also for its gourmet market without forgetting within an hour's drive, the essential villages of Rocamadour, Autoire and the impressive Padirac chasm.

Nice gite

nice area to sit outside in all weather. Well equipped.kitchen and enjoy the gas bbq, beds a little uncomfortable and didn’t help with plastic mattresses protects in the heat as couldn’t leave windows open during our stay due to amount of insects, swimming pool welcome but very strange steps so if with children should take care. Inside not enough comfortable sitting area if weather bad outside

Séjour très agréable et très bon accueil des propriétaires

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par les propriétaires de la villa. Celle-ci est bien située dans la région que nous voulions visitée. Cette villa est au centre de plusieurs sites touristiques. Par les fortes chaleur, nous avons apprécié la piscine de retour de nos visites. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, à refaire.

Séjour d'une semaine au calme

Un très bel endroit, au calme. Des propriétaires attentifs à notre bien-être et très accueillants. Je recommande fortement. Ferme de Rybinski (éleveurs bovins/porcs et bouchers/charcutiers pour la viande) à quelques km, domaine de la Garde à quelques centaines de mètres pour le vin (Cahors et Coteaux du Quercy notamment...)

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison. Le lieu est magnifique, au milieu de nulle part.. Un havre de paix ! La maison est très agréable, terrasse et piscine ont fait le bonheur des enfants. Le jardin est bien aménagé. La cuisine est particulièrement bien équipée. Cette maison, avec son jardin clos et sa piscine sécurisée, convient aux enfants. Seul bémol ! Il est un peu compliqué de capter Internet. Se munir d un clé 4G est de bon aloi. Mille mercis à notre hôte qui a été disponible et très soucieuse de notre bien-être.

Merci beaucoup pour votre appréciation, nous nous efforçons de répondre aux mieux aux souhaits de nos vacanciers. Nous sommes en ce moment tributaire d'orange qui installe la fibre dans le village. Mais à ce jour nous ne sommes toujours pas éligibles à notre grand regret. Une antenne 4 g est à proximité effectivement et fournie un excellent débit c'est donc la solution car notre débit adsl est à ce jour que de 2 Mo. Heureux néanmoins que vous ayez passé un bon séjour à la "Cooldouce" Au plaisir de vous revoir Christian et Stéphanie

Zalige vakantie in huis waar alles aanwezig was. Schaduwrijk terras, lounge en zwembad in de zon. Eigenaars die vlakbij wonen, maar toch privacy respecteren en op voorhand verwittigen wanneer het zwembad gereinigd gaat worden. Bedankt

Zeer rustige en nette woning, voorzien van alle comfort en een fantastisch uitzicht waar je 's avonds van een mooie zonsondergang kan genieten. Prachtige omgeving, en heel wat te bezoeken in de buurt . Met dank aan super sympathiek koppel Christian en Stéphanie die altijd klaar staan bij de minste vraag en regelmatig en discreet het zwembad komen onderhouden. Christian & Brigitte.

Himmlische Ruhe und sehr komfortabel!

Wir haben 2 wunderbare Wochen in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es fehlt an nichts, das Haus in sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet, die Terrasse und der Pool mit Blick nach Südwesten ins Grüne sind einfach bezaubernd. Auch wenn das ein oder andere Gewitter über uns hinweggezogen ist: Es waren herrlich ruhige 2 Wochen in einem exzellenten Ferienhaus in traumhafter Umgebung! Danke auch an die Vermieter für den herzlichen Empfang und das völlig unkomplizierte CheckIn/CheckOut.

Exceptionnel !

Les photos nous ont donner envies d'y aller. Une fois sur place, c'était au delà de nos attentes : vue splendide, décoration de la maison, et surtout un accueil très chaleureux. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour reposant en profitant de la tranquillité, des bons vins et des lieux touristiques situés à moins d'une heure : Rocamadour, le gouffre de Padirac, Cahors, Figeac, Sarlat, les châteaux de la Dordogne .... Nous avons hâte d'y retourner.

Wunderbar - Merveilleux

Wir möchten uns unseren Vorbewertern voll und ganz anschließen, das Ferienhaus ist einfach wunderbar. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, die Betten sehr komfortabel und der Pool mit der großen Terrasse sowie dem schönen Garten runden das Ganze ab. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind atemberaubend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Cahors. Der Besuch dort auf dem Markt ist lohnenswert. Die Umgebung bietet auch schöne Ausflugsziele. Aber allem voran sind die Vermieter zu nennen: Stephanie und Christian. Sie sind einfach toll! Vielen Dank für die schöne Woche. Wir haben sie sehr genossen.
