Cozy one bedroom apartment with a full bathroom, washer and dryer in a great location along the St. John's river - Bass capital of Florida. Easy access to private boat ramp, rod men reservoir, ocala national forest, hiking, fishing & hunting. Plenty of parking enjoy this getaway location weather you are attending an event, temp work, visiting family/friends. Weekend or short term rental!!! One pet allowed in home with owner permission and $75 pet fee for the stay. An additional pet may be allowed but must be approved by owner and an additional fee will be charged. Please inquire first.

Golfing Getaway

Perfect location for us !

Perfect place for us to spend a few weeks out of the cold weather. Staff very accommodating. We have stayed here several years. Looking forward to next year. We like the local golf course.

Excellent Getaway.

Very cozy, clean one bedroom that I stayed in. I have also stayed in one of there two bedrooms abs now seems to be the place I go to when visiting. Stayed in other areas nearby. This place quite with no dogs barking all night or chickens roosting. It's clean and has a full kitchen. It's great for visiting the area or just in for work stay.

Great place to stay.Just bring extra water for your teeth. Maybe a extra fan. But that's about it

The 3 thing we just did like is that it was a tru plex not a cottage..thought it was on river...mold in living room by fans and not prewarned about the water smell out of the Water faucets but other than that it was a beautiful place

Fine for a short stay

We originally planned to stay for about 2 months, but it was cut short due to an unavoidable water issue. The property was well equipped and in a quiet, rural setting. The actual furnishings were different from the pictures, and were pretty worn and could used to be updated for comfort. Future renters should be aware that the property uses well water. This caused issues on a few instances when it just stopped working. We notified maintenance and the issue was resolved, and she told us how to fix it for future issues, as she lives about 45 away. We were able to fix it on our own the next time it stopped. Unfortunately, the power went out because of a storm, and therefore the well pump stopped and we had no water (no toilet use) , until the power came back on. When we expressed our sanitary concerns to the owner, she seemed indifferent and told us we were overreacting and just to just wait it out. Although the power outage was in no way the fault of the owner, we felt that the way in which the situation was handled was very unprofessional, and ultimately we decided to continue our stay elsewhere. She agreed, and granted us a refund for our unstayed days. I would recommend this property for a short stay, but for lengthy stays there are probably better choices available.

Never had complains on this unit and sure was pretty rude when you called me during hurricane and demanded a refund and that you wanted to leave right away due to not able to flush toilet and power was only out for 4 hours but they sure made a big stink about it and sure did not want to have unhappy guests therefore was nice to offer a full refund (which I did not have too as it was out off my control power went out due to hurricane Debbie) so I told them I would refund a full month after they stayed there a full month and blocked my calendar. They had their reasons maybe good excuse to terminate stay as job ended or which have you. I know as a Premier host I did what I should do to accommodate them. Wished them the best

Georgia Pacific CAPEX Project

I needed a place to stay for six weeks. I didn't want a hotel. This property had everything I needed! Clean, well located, great neighbors in a very quiet area. The kitchen was very well stocked with every pot, pan, plate, glasses and everything else! Don't want to go back to GP for a project but if I do I'll stay here!
