Depending on the season, swimming in the lake can be very comforting. Fishing is a paradise not just bass and bream from the dock, but many other known places: Palatka (Bass World) 20 min. Lochloosa, Newnan's, Orange lake plus Rodman reservoir 10 -15 min., property has two large carports with electrical and water hose. Silver Springs and Salt Springs are within 45 min. 20 minutes to Ocala National Forest. 30-40 min to Gainesville; Lake Santa Fe just 18 min.
Unlimited WIFI strong for multiple streaming.
Plenty of golf and tennis in Gainesville and Ocala.

Great place

We had a great time for our first visit to Gainesville. The neighborhood was quite and near. The view of the lake was great to look at in the mornings. Owner has done a great job at trying to accommodate everything we needed. From leaving fresh water out to all the bug zappers for outside! Would definitely come back!

We live in the same subdivision; therefore, if any needs arise, we can quickly accommodate them.

Why they chose this property

We found this property in July of 1997; there were many pine trees, and the lot was in much need of care. It had a very old MH and an antique Airstream, both went through a renovation, but in early 2021 a fire claimed them. We decided to start again, this time everything new.
