Home was located on noisy main highway going through town and near railroad with frequent loud trains. Owner would not give exact address upon booking. Direction arrow for location showed very different part of town, very deceiving. Owner should be required to provide exact address on booking site.

The house was lovely! I will definitely book again, to spite the traffic and train noise. House was clean and neat. Host communication was great. I do have several recommendations. A coffee maker was provided, but no coffee mugs, filters, coffee, sugar, or creamer. There were no spare sheets for each bed. Not that I needed them, but what if. There was no “welcome to Palatka” binder. Other rentals I’ve stayed in have binders containing check in/check out details, area restaurants, food markets, etc. The house had no curb appeal. Some colorful landscaping would add charm to the property. All this would definitely add to the experience.
