The maracuja apartment is located in the center of st leu. Composed of 3/4 rooms for an area of 70 m² on the ground, you will also have a terrace of 23 m² equipped with a sitting area and a dining area (with two planchas) without any opposite . The terrace is sheltered by blinds that allow you to take advantage of the sun or not. Rental proposed for 5 people, possibility of accommodating 6 on request.
A kitchen open to living room and overlooking the terrace. 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a private bathroom with a bathtub. Bed linen and towels are provided. The residence is very quiet and secure, you can park up to 2 vehicles for free. The lagoon is 50 meters away, and the residence overlooks the main street, so you can take advantage of all the local shops on foot: supermarket, restaurants, doctor, pharmacy .... Saint Leu offers a number of activities such as cycling or walking, 15 euros. snorkelling, paragliding. Saint Denis airport is 39 km and cilaos 19 km.

On est satisfaits ....mais...

On est satisfaits mais dommage que les tendues de la terrasse soient en mauvais état et donc ne protègent pas pleinement du soleil et encore moins de la pluie quand survient un orage: dommage pour nous bien sûr mais aussi pour le mobilier de jardin (une bâche a bien été mise à disposition mais pas forcément efficace en cas de trombes d'eau ). Autre anomalie: un des lits n'était pas équipé de protege-matelas et le matelas était taché...L'assise du canapé était cassée. La hotte aspirante ne fonctionne pas..La personne en charge du logement nous a assurés qu'elle prenait bonne note de nos observations pour y remédier..Le plus préjudiciable étant le problème des tendues qui visiblement n'est pas récent...C'est quand même un préjudice compte-tenu du soleil généreux et de laviolence des orages...D'autant plus regrettable que cette terrasse est un bel argument commercial !!! dont nous n'avons pas profité pleinement

Séjour sur Saint Leu - 3 adulte - 2 enfants 4 et 7 ans

La localisation du gîte est ideale pour baignade au lagon et acces au differents commerces et services sur Saint Leu. Le gite est adapté pour 4 adultes ou 3 adultes et 2 enfants dont un en bas age. L'équipement du gîte semble avoir souffert des différentes locations ou de la meteo. (Chaises et canapés différents des photos).

La résidence de l'océan indien, à un confort exemplaire, calme et bien isolé, espacieuse, accessible à la plage et la ville, avec son sous-sol d'un parking en sécurité, le milieu très agréable et des gens très sympa.

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans cet appartement spacieux, lumineux et agréable. La proximité immédiate aux commerces et au lagon est un +. Tout autant que le parking privé. Nous recommandons sans réserve cet appartement.
