This single-story holiday villa, located on a quiet street in Les Capellans, 1000m from the beach and 400m from shops, has 3 bedrooms and is ideal for a family holiday.
This seaside house offers a living room with a television, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom and separate toilet, two ground-floor bedrooms with double beds, and one upstairs bedroom with a single bed.
The advantages of this seaside rental: private garden, garage and additional parking in front, washing machine, dishwasher, spacious house.
End-of-stay cleaning is included.
Sheets and towels are not provided; however, they can be reserved by contacting the agency 10 days before your arrival.

Für ein paar Tage ganz o.k.
Die Fotos des Objektes übertrafen die Realität. Die Ausstattung ist nicht wirklich gut. Es fehlen Basics wie Wasserkocher, Teekanne, eine ausreichende Anzahl von Tassen. Auf der Terrasse gab es nur einen intakten Stuhl. Das Haus hat zwar einen Garten, es gab aber keine Liegestühle, um ihn zu genießen. WLAN musste bei der Agentur als kostenpflichtige Zusatzleistung gebucht werden. Insgesamt war die Sauberkeit o.k., die Küche wirkte aber schmuddelig. Kein einziger Topf war wirklich sauber. Küchengeräte und Haushaltchemikalien standen gemischt im selben Schrankfach. Gut war die Lage des Hauses in einer Siedlung am Rande des Ortes mit vielen Gärten und netten Nachbarn. Trotz der Randlage drang aber der Lärm von St Cyprian (Straße, Kirmes, Parties) bis ans Haus. Positiv: die Betten waren sehr bequem, das Haus ist für ein Ferienhaus geräumig. Das Zwischengeschoss könnte ein schöner lichtdurchfluteter Platz sein, wenn dort 1-2 bequeme Sitzmöbeln stünden. Mit der Agentur haben wir keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Mitarbeitenden widersprachen sich z.T. in ihren Auskünften. Die Abreise wurde auf 9 Uhr terminiert, das ist unüblich für eine FeWo. Wir mussten den Schlüssel an der Agentur abliefern, dann dort warten, bis jemand das Haus kontrolliert hatte. Erst dann bekamen wir die Kaution erstattet und konnten abreisen. Vor der Anreise waren uns ca. 160 Euro an Zusatzleistungen in Rechnung gestellt worden, für die es keinen Gegenwert gab. All dies wirkte sehr unprofessionell.

A éviter, très déçu par ce séjour
Je suis très mécontent de la location réservée par cet intermédiaire.
Tout d'abord, nous avons été surpris à notre arrivée de trouver 10 sacs poubelles remplis et entreposés dans le jardinet de la maison. La poubelle de rue, qui n'a pas été sortie, était également pleine d'ordures. Je vous laisse imaginer notre surprise face à ce "comité d'accueil" d'ampleur.
Par ailleurs, au regard de l'état général du logement et contrairement aux éléments mentionnés dans le livret d'accueil Foncia, aucun ménage n'a été effectué par ledit prestataire dans ce logement avant notre arrivée.
En outre, certains éléments de la literie (alaise et oreillers) sont tachés, jaunis, poussiéreux et hors d'usage. Pour finir, nous déplorons l'absence de poubelle dans la cuisine du logement.
Nous attendons toujours des explications quant aux poubelles que nous avons dû évacuer par nos propres moyens dès notre arrivée. Il en va de même du forfait ménage qui est censé être inclus dans la prestation que nous avons payé.
Le logement était géré par FONCIA ST CYPRIEN, aucun état des lieux n'a été effectué à notre arrivée, ni à notre départ.
Enfin, l'accueil physique au sein de cet agence nous confirme dans notre avis général : nous ne reviendrons pas dans cette agence et plus globalement nous éviterons le groupe FONCIA à l'avenir.

LOCATION TRES AGREABLE
maison de vacances très agréable, bien équipée et au calme.
Le cadre et l'extérieur sont très sympas, il y a de l'espace. Très bien avec des enfants.
Il manque peut etre la clim pour les nuits où il fait très chaud.
