Come and discover this charming village house located just 10 minutes from the beaches of Perpignan, 30 minutes from Spain, and 1 hour 30 minutes from the ski slopes, with essential shops nearby. The single-story house features a beautiful, large, air-conditioned living room with a large television and an open-plan kitchen leading onto an interior courtyard, ideal for socialising. There are two bedrooms with double beds (140cm) and dressing rooms, one of which is air-conditioned, and one bedroom with a bunk bed (90cm) and a dressing room. There is also a bathroom and two separate toilets (one per floor). A public car park and electric vehicle charging stations are available just steps from the house. A children's park and a city park await you at the end of the street. Enjoy the many leisure activities nearby: beach, sports field, pétanque court, and numerous cycle paths to explore the surrounding area. Linens are available upon request.
