Overall the place was clean and security was very good. The view from the balcony was fantastic. It was nice having pineapple Willy next door and a few others in walking distance. There was though a couple small issues with the blinds in the main room and the sink stopper was broken. But everything else was great.

The complex is older but very well maintained. The unit was clean and functional. The balcony was perfect for afternoons and evenings as it was in the shade at that time of day.

Cons: the condo we were placed in was dated. It had a musty smell. You had to open the oven door to open drawers. You have to pay for parking we were unable to locate this requirement . Pros: was on the beach and close to Pinapple Willie'sMaintenance arrived with in minutes of being called

The condo was exactly as in the photos! Clean, cozy and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the beautiful beach views no matter where we were in the condo! Nice being in a gated resort...ocean front & quite yet close to everything! We never touched the AC setting....always comfortable.

The view from the balcony was best part. Absolutely beautiful!! The condo is very dated. Needs updating. The carpet was dirty and window coverings very old. Saw an updated condo on the first floor that was gorgeous so I know what this one could look like.
