Fully Remodeled Townhome 7 minutes to lifts! Tons of space, new Hot Tub! Views!

The Fairway Village Condominiums are located near the Park Meadows Golf Course, about 3 miles from Park City Mountain and 4 miles to Deer Valley Resort! These condominiums are large and spacious with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains.

This condo has everything you need for a fantastic vacation. It's approximately 3,000 square feet and sleeps 10 with two primary king bed suites, a downstairs den with a huge TV, a private hot tub and dramatic mountain views.

Living Room: Vaulted ceilings give this room an open feel with the highlight of the room being a beautiful floor to ceiling river rock fireplace (wood burning) and panoramic floor to ceiling windows with a sliding glass door leading to the deck. There is plenty of comfortable seating, a large screen HDTV with a soundbar and DVD player. There are sweeping views of the surrounding mountains from any seat in this room!

Kitchen: Granite counter tops, tile floors, stainless steel appliances. The breakfast area table seats 4 with 2 additional seats at the kitchen bar.

Dining Room: Seating for 8, dining area overlooks living room.

Bedrooms:
Primary Suite – King bed, HDTV, DVD, adjoining bathroom with double vanity, large tub, separate shower, walk-in closet, small balcony. On upper level.
2nd Primary Suite/Studio: located on the lower level, this suite has a living area with a kitchenette. The studio area has a queen sofa sleeper and a huge 72" HDTV. This is a great area for the kids to watch movies or play video games. The adjoining bedroom has a king bed and full bathroom.
Third – Located on the main level, this bedroom has two twin beds, full bathroom just outside in the hall.
Fourth – Queen bed, bathroom just outside in the hall Upper level.

Hot Tub: Private outdoor hot tub is located on a deck off the lower level with great mountain views!

BBQ: There is also a natural gas plumbed BBQ on the deck off the kitchen level.

Excellent place for our family.

This was the cleanest rental we have ever had. There was lots of room for our family and a short 10 min to slopes! Will rent again.

Beautiful place and close to downtown! A ton of space to spread out, extremely clean hot tub, all the amenities you’d want. No real downsides to speak of.

We LOVED the wood burning fireplace so much. To top it off you can tell that the owners put thought into the furnishings- they were actually comfortable and you wanted to hang out and lounge. So many rental properties put junk in their homes for the optics but this home was truly great in all the ways. And the hot tub stayed hot! There were maintenance crews around, someone shoveled for us everyday, all around we felt well taken care of.

Completely remodeled. Best equipped house I've ever rented. Awesome fireplace. Hot tub is clean, good for very short people only. We stayed in the downstairs bedroom, the furrnace and water softner noise was excessive Perhaps the owner could insulate the common wall? Other than that the place was great. All top end furniture, decorations, pots, pans, utensils. Best equipped kitchen by a mile I've ever rented. We had a hiccup getting in the first time. The rental people gave us a door code and but there was no keypad. They ran the keys out to us right away. They said it was a new rental to them. Anyhow, Alpine Rental people where great to us for sure. I would stay here again and hopefully get one of the upstairs bedrooms.

So much fun for our whole group. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. Forgot to report at check out a problem with a hinge in the basement bedroom closet. The house was perfect. Housekeeping did not leave 1 extra roll of toilet paper or paper towels. We picked some up at the office. Probably interested in staying there again.
