This vacation home is located in Eagle Cove and only a 10-minute drive from Main Street and world class ski resorts such as; Park City, Canyons Village and Dear Valley. This 4,500 square foot Mountain Lodge features fine craftsman style details, incredible mountain views, an open and spacious floor plan, oversized living room fireplace, private hot tub, cozy beds, jacuzzi style bath tub and fireplaces in the master suite and game room.
You will feel right at home in this luxurious vacation home.

With four lavish bedrooms and five bathrooms, this home features all the fine amenities you could ask for when on a mountain vacation. There are two grand master bedroom suites featuring breathtaking mountain views, one with jacuzzi bathtub and fireplace. The other two bedrooms have queen sized beds and private bathrooms.

The great room with its vaulted ceilings and an abundance of windows allows you to enjoy the stunning mountains views all year long.

After a long day on the mountain you will want to cozy up by the oversized wood burning fireplace in the main living room. Hardwood floors throughout add another element of warmth to the home and there is plenty of seating to get comfortable and relax on the oversized sectional.

The gourmet kitchen is well designed and great when entertaining friends and family or cooking in on chilly nights. The formal dining room with seating for up to 10 people (with the added leaf and 2 chairs if needed) is located adjacent to the kitchen. Everyday configuration seats 8 with 5 chairs and a bench.

The game area is located downstairs and features its own private and cozy space which includes oversized wood burning fireplace, Brunswick pool table and foosball. There is a full size bunk bed in the game room.

Step outside the game room to your own private hot tub and enjoy the fresh mountain air and views. You will have access to enjoy the Last Sun's community pool and tennis courts located juste a short distance away. This is truly the ultimate luxury vacation home!

Tom was a great host and we very much enjoyed the home. The views were spectacular and the large open floor plan on the main level was perfect for our extended family gathering. A highlight was the wonderful fireplace with plenty of dry wood to burn. The children would say their favorites were the play room downstairs and the hot tub!

Great ski trip

House was beautiful. Easy access to ski areas. Roads well maintained even with plenty of snowfall during the week.Plenty of space for large group ranging from 3 to 63. Would definitely rent again.

Perfectly Equipped Home in Ideal Park City Location

We had an amazing stay at this Park City home! The property was exceptionally well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just over 5-10 minutes from both Main Street and The Canyons, making it easy to explore the town and enjoy the slopes. We also loved the access to multiple local trails, which were just a short distance away and offered stunning views. The communication from the manager was top-notch; they were responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

A Wonderful Choice!

Great location, breathtaking mountain views and plenty of space to spread out in this impressive Park Meadows chalet. Our group of 9 adults had their privacy yet plenty of common area to gather and a wonderful kitchen to prepare our meals after a day on the slopes. The crew at TR Davis made the check-in and other instructions clear and easy. Worth every penny!

Views for Miles!

One of the best VRBO experiences in Park City. Just steps from Round Valley, we hiked and snow shoed everyday in this winter wonderland of rolling hills and spectacular ridge trails, we even saw Moose and deer from the bedroom window! The location to Deer Valley for skiing was quick and convenient. Perfect location to everything yet you feel miles away in a serene setting in Park Meadows. Hot tub and 3 fireplaces a plus. Tom and his crew were always responsive and available for questions about the house or the area. Highly recommend a stay here and we will be back as soon as we can!

Ski house luxury rental

Absolutely fabulous!!!!! Everything about this home is perfect. The location is close enough to all resorts and within 5 min from downtown Park Citiy. The home is really large and all bedrooms are spacious and super comfortable. The way the kitchen and great room flows is perfect for chilling or entertaining and I love the vaulted ceilings and large fireplace. I go back every year I can with my family of boys and we enjoy the hot tub, pool table and relax watching t.v. on the awesome a/v equipment. Also renting from owner is fabulous as any issue is immediately taken care. I have rented other places and this is by far the best.

Great place to stay while skiing Park City!

I highly recommend Park Meadows! We stayed here for a week during high season (school break, February 2022) and everything met or exceeded our expectations. The house was very clean, well stocked, spacious with plenty of spots for two families of 5 to spread out, and has an awesome game room for all of the kids (and adults!) to hang out. The property is in a very nice community and only a 10 minute drive to Park City Mountain or downtown. We were pleasantly surprised that parking at the mountain was relatively easy, especially given it's the busiest week of the year. Finally, Tom and his team were super helpful with our questions and misc. requests along the way. You won't be disappointed!

The views from the family room are stunning and the house is the perfect retreat after skiing big Utah mountains!!! We loved cooking in the kitchen, sitting by the wood burning fireplace playing cards, recovering in the hot tub, and playing pool for hours. What a treasure!! We are very grateful we happened upon this home!

Look no further, this is the place to stay

I am a repeat customer of TR Davis and its homes like this that explain why. The property has every detail covered. From a massive kitchen with every tool needed (including spices) to cook for 4 or 14 guests, to large spread out cozy bedrooms allowing privacy when needed. It boasts two large living areas, both with fireplaces and entertainment from billiards to every popular board game for kids and adults. An excellent ski room for all of your things to dry, stay warm & organized. Great home for multiple families. And the TR Davis staff is just as classy as there homes! Thanks guys

The perfect home away from home!

We stayed in this beautiful home and can't say enough good things about it. The home has an open floor plan but at the same time feels very cozy. It was equipped with everything we needed from the well stocked kitchen to the fireplace, cozy living room, hot tub, comfortable beds and plenty of space for our guests. It was important to us to be close to the main street for dining and shopping. Great restaurants up and down Main Street! The owner/property management company was very attentive and personable and ensured our stay went smoothly. We will be back!

Beautiful 4-bdrm home with spectacular views

This owner did us a great favor by making this home available to our family of 7 adults (ages from 27 to 68) after another owner cancelled on us, and we already had our plane tickets. The description and photos were definitely not accurate--the home was much nicer, more "homey", with better views than pictures and words could possibly describe--we loved it--close to all the resorts, downtown, in a quite upscale neighborhood, spectacular mountain views, and great in-home eating facilities. We had each couple cook-in a favorite meal for three evenings instead of going out--great family fun with all the needed utensils and cookware. Even the pool table was actually nice (so many times pool tables look good in the pictures only to find they should have been replaced years ago). My sons and daughter-in-laws used the hot tub nightly-very relaxing. The fireplaces added a special "mountain feel" especially coming from Florida. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to enjoy our winter ski vacation in Park City. One of the rules of the house is to not where outdoor shoes in the house (my wife and the girls brought slippers), but they failed to mention that the house has a great "mud" room to keep all your outdoor clothes and shoes organized and ready to go (we kept our ski boots in the rental Suburban), making it easy to comply and keep the house clean. At one point, I asked one of my daughters-in-law how she rated the house from 1-10. She replied, "Are you kidding, it's a 15!!" By the way, we have stayed in Park City 5-6 times over the years and enjoyed the amenities of this home more than any other. We would definitely recommend this home to our best friends to assure a great stay in Park City.

Park City Perfection

This is our second year staying at the house for Sundance, and I would recommend it any time of the year. It's a beautiful home set against an idyllic backdrop. It's a quick Uber or drive to Main Street, and you can also get to Kimball Junction while avoiding most of the in-town traffic. The house itself is 5-star quality, the fireplace is a dream, and it's perfect for hosting large groups. Best of all, the owner and management company are amazing to work with, very accommodating.

This is the second time staying at Eagle Cove. The house is in a great location 5 minutes from either the Canyons or Park City main lifts, and less than 10 minutes to Main Street. The view of Park City from the several house is stunning. There is plenty of space. We were 5 men on a trip and everyone was in a king or queen size bed with their own private bath. The house is decorated very nicely and well equipped with everything you could need including a hot tub to soak in after a day on the mountain.. I would stay here again.

The summer and fall are slowly becoming as enjoyable as the winter season...okay, okay, it is still fantastic during the summer.
