Séjour Vinaros

Maison avec beaucoup de potentiel, pas assez entretenu malgré les efforts du propriétaire qui change chaque année quelques objets ou essai de faire des remise en état par lui même. Plusieurs chose ne fonctionnaient pas à notre arrivée et pourtant indique dans la description entre autre le bain a remous de la piscine (suite à intervention du propriétaire a fonctionné 3 jours avant notre départ) Beaucoup de choses vétustes nécessitant un changement urgent. Propriétaire trop présent; visite en moyenne tous les deux jours ! intimité difficile dans ces conditions La propreté était sommaire, avons du nettoyer beaucoup de chose avant usage. au final cette location ne vaux pas le prix demandé tant qu'une remise en état plus importante ne sera pas faite. Et pour finir très gros problème de moustiques avons du acheter entre 3 et quatre produits différents pour essayer de s'en protéger sans effet !

La météo n’a pas été au top cette quinzaine (13 au 27 mai) mais nous avons fait avec. Nous avons regretté l’absence d’escalier intérieur pour communiquer avec l’appartement du haut. L’extérieur est absolument magnifique. Jardin, piscine, barbecue. Le propriétaire a toujours répondu très vite à nos demandes. En conclusion, nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

Haus am Meer

Das Haus ist wirklich nur durch eine nicht sehr stark befahrene Straße vom Meer getrennt. Es gibt direkt gegenüber einen (Stein-)Strand. Der obere Teil des Hauses (4 Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche) ist nur durch eine Außentreppe zu erreichen. Der Garten ist groß und sehr schön mit seinen vielen Pflanzen. Die Lage des Hauses ist gut, um verschiedene Unternehmungen zu machen (diverse Strände, Kloster und Stausee in den Bergen etc.) Das Haus liegt außerhalb von Vinaros.

Muy buena la ubicación, amplia parcela y jardín, bien equipada y propietarios dispuestos a solucionar los problemas (piscina inutilizable los tres primeros días, por lo cual tuvimos una compensación) . Pero también hemos visto puntos negativos cómo la limpieza y la necesidad de renovar la ropa de cama y toallas.

Estancia muy agradable

Hemos disfrutado mucho de la casa. La situación inmejorable al lado de la playa, con acantilados preciosos para pasear y ves en todo momento el mar. Ideal si lo que necesitas es una zona tranquila. Está muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario. La piscina y el jardín están fenomenal. Admiten mascotas y con el jardín tan grande se lo pasan en grande. El trato del propietario, Salvador, también muy bien.

The place was in a good location! It could use some upgrade on Furniture and specially mattresses, they were hard to sleep in. It could use some painting on the outside. We enjoyed the stay over all. The owner was very nice! Would rent th house again!

Nous avons vraiment apprécié nos vacances à Vinaros. Les propriétaires de l'appartement sont très sympathiques. La maison offre suffisamment d’espace, dispose d’une superbe piscine et d’un agréable espace barbecue. De la maison, vous avez une vue magnifique sur la mer. Nos enfants et nos chiens se sont bien amusés sur la plage. Nous attendons avec impatience nos prochaines vacances à Vinaros.

Maison très agréable et très beau jardin. Nous étions 3 familles et nous avons passé une bonne semaine. Le seul bémol est que le deuxième appartement n'ait pas la clim, sinon tout était parfait. Salvador nous a accueilli avec gentillesse et professionnalisme. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Un merveilleux séjour en famille (8 adultes et 6 enfants)

L'accueil par M. FERNANDEZ a été des plus chaleureux et agréable. Nous avons même pu échanger quelques mots en catalan puisque je suis originaire de PERPIGNAN. La villa située en bord de mer dans un quartier résidentiel est très confortable et correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes. La belle piscine avec jacuzzi a réjoui petits et grands. Les plus sportifs ont pu s'adonner au vélo dans le parc naturel tout proche...et même suivre la coupe du monde de foot sur grand écran ! Les amateurs de plage et shopping s'en sont également donné à coeur joie. Chacun, dans ce petit paradis à notre dimension, a trouvé l'activité qui lui convenait dans le calme et la sérénité. Nous avons vraiment partagé de merveilleux moments en famille sans le moindre souci et dans un confort qui nous convenait tout a fait. Un séjour qualité prix difficilement égalable.
