Only steps to the grounds of the famous and newly renovated Turtle Bay Hotel on the North Shore. We are a Legal Vacation Rental.

The condos are Surrounded by Two Beautifully manicured golf courses (Fazio * and the famous Palmer) and Beautiful Ocean all are just Steps away. You can enjoy RESORT living with all the comforts of home.

The Famous Surf Breaks and Beaches on the North Shore are here in what is called " The 7 Mile Miracle" This has all the famous north shore surf breaks such as- Waimea Bay, Pipeline, Sunset Beach etc. A must see!

. This is a Larger two-story unit that offers the privacy of NO unit above or below you.

Feel the spaciousness of staying in this condo that has luxurious high ceilings with 2 FULL bedrooms (each equipped with A/C) patio doors and windows that allow fresh air and light, in addition there is an open-air loft with 2 twin size beds facing the golf course.
Open the doors and windows and Enjoy the Ocean and Mountain Breeze. Be a part of the sunset as you sit on the grass in a lounge chair just feeling the vibe of Hawaii! The lanai is screened in with double opening doors (a must at night).

We are a floor level entry unit, with free parking (1 private & 1 guest) just steps away. This will allow you to bring in groceries, luggage and beach supplies, etc. into the unit with ease. We are located close to the 1st of 3 pools, which is great if you plan on BBQing pool side.

Security is provided 24 hours; you will feel safe and comfortable.

Tennis courts, first hole & clubhouse and famous Lei Lei's Bar and Grill are just steps away. Within minutes you will be at the hotel with lots of private lagoons for surfing, snorkeling or just relaxing on the beach. Turtle Bay hotel has Roy's restaurant on the beach, The Mai Tai bar pool side where you can watch surfing and gorgeous sunsets.

The North Shore is filled with a diverse of restaurants and Food trucks! Experience golfing, walking, bike riding or horseback riding along the MANY TRAILS along the beaches of famous Kawela Bay and the private beaches of Marconie's. This condo has a full and complete kitchen. Grocery stores are nearby. We have everything you need for you to enjoy yourselves and lots of tropical sunshine! **** Turtle Bay Hotel is now open. Their pool is for hotel guest only. Only one golf course is open at this time (Palmer is open, Fazio is still closed) All hotel beaches and trails are open to the public as well as visiting onsite at the hotel.

We are all so extremely grateful to have found this perfect slice of paradise. You couldn't ask for a better location - all the convenience and luxury of Turtle Bay at a much more affordable price. Cindy is a dream to work with - very responsive and understanding. The house was clean and comfortable. Don't sleep on dinner and drinks at Sunset Bar! Unforgettable sunsets and the nicest staff. We can't say enough what a lovely experience we had.

The condo was in a gated community which created a hood sense of security. It had a beautiful outlook over the golf course. The condo was very well equipped from kitchen supplies right through to the bathrooms. Spacious & comfortable living quarters. Good walking distance to beach & restaurants. Very clear instruction left by owner. I would recommend this condo & would certainly stay here again. Thank you Cindy.

Perfect location for our family (80 year old dad and 5 adult kids 40-50 yrs). We had travel plans to sight see in our rental car every day, so we didn't want to stay in packed city high rise. The property was as described, clean and stocked with things we thought we would need to buy, so that was nice. Cindy was very responsive and helpful. The area was quiet, nice pool, short walk to Lei Lei's restaurant.

Awesome stay

We had a wonderful time staying here. It was perfect for our family of 5. The a/c was a blessing at night and the day time breezes through the condo were pleasant and comfortable. We really enjoyed having a kitchen to prepare meals and it was well stocked. Location on the Northshore can't be beat. Our family would definitely stay here again.

This condo on the North Shore is a great choice for families with younger kids or couples. It’s clean and has all the amenities you need, including beach toys and a wagon to haul them with. This made going to the beach a breeze. We highly recommend it and would definitely book again. The only downside was that we were about a half hour past check-out time when we finally packed up (as it often is with young kids). The cleaning lady was a bit snippy about it, but that’s just one small thing.

We each worked at the Turtle Bay Resort and it has always been a dream to own one of the condos. Finally our dream has come true and we couldn't be happier to share it with you. Resort Living with the comforts of HOME. A hotel room is a room. A condo is Home away from Home! How wonderful to wake up in the morning , Brew a Full pot of coffee, open the refrigerator and make your desired choice of breakfast, lunch or dinner with a full kitchen . In the evening have your Wine , Beer or Soda and not pay the resort PRICE! Just kick back and choose what you would like to cook . Watch the sunset or go out to eat at the many ,many restaurants or food trucks ( this can be really fun and BYOB). This unit is only a walk away from easy decisions. Eat out or Stay in ! You can't go wrong :) Aloha & Enjoy !
