About this property

Small fisherman's house

Located just a 500-meter walk from the center of Carantec, close to all shops and beaches, this former fisherman's house with obvious charm can comfortably accommodate 4 people. Outside, a private garden sheltered from view allows you to enjoy meals and relax in complete peace.

Originally from Carantec, my husband Jean-Christophe and I have just acquired this typical 1940s house in the spring of 2024, to come and enjoy our vacations with our two children and our family. We want to make this house as pleasant for you as it is for us.

This pretty house has a free WIFI connection in every room. All bedding, linens and sofas are new, as is almost all furniture and furnishings, to ensure maximum comfort.

Parking is easy and free on the street in front of the house.

On the first floor, you'll find :

- a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a dining room with a large table for sharing convivial moments,

- a small relaxation area,

- a bathroom with toilet.

On the 1st floor, you'll find :

- bedroom with double bed (140 cm) and closet,

- a living room with a corner sofa and a 55-inch widescreen TV with Freebox.

On the 2nd floor, you'll find :

- a bedroom with two 90x190cm single beds (which can also be made into a 180cm double bed) and a storage shelf.

Outside, you'll enjoy :

- a small terrace in front of the house to welcome the morning sun,

- an enclosed garden with two garden tables and chairs.

- a storeroom where you can store your bikes, kayaks and other nautical equipment.

Séjour à Carentec un peu gâché

Cette maison de pêcheur a visiblement été mal estimée pour sa valeur locative et nous en avons fait les frais!..En effet beaucoup de déceptions et c'est bien la première fois depuis des années que nous réservons auprès d'Abritel.Premièrement cette maison est dans son jus c'est-à-dire pas finie dans son aménagement (peintures anciennes pas nettes, pose des plinthes inachevées...).Ne pas confondre charme de l'ancien et anomalies évidentes. Ensuite le jardin est à l'abandon depuis des mois : feuilles mortes dans tous les coins du jardinet devant, pelouse non tondue dans le jardin à l'arrière donc pas empruntable, volet manquant sur la porte d'entrée donc bonjour l'intimité..De plus cette maisonnette est très sombre au rdc nous avions pourtant un beau soleil toute la semaine mais dès 20 heures nous nous retrouvions dans une semi- obscurité bien déplaisante pour des vacances !Bref nous nous demandons qui fixe les prix des locatifs et sur quels critères?Abritel n'a-t-il pas un cahier des charges?Nous serons à l'avenir méfiants car bien déçus de cette expérience.
