Located in a small community, this spacious townhouse has 4 bedrooms 3.5 baths and is close to the beach, restaurants, bars, and shops. This home overlooks the community pool, picnic area, lounge chairs, and grills. The living room is perfect for gathering on the large sectional, loveseat and chair while watching your favorite movie on the wall mounted TV. There is a half bath in the hallway for your convenience. Prepare dinner in the full kitchen furnished with basic dishes, pots, pans, utensils and both regular coffee maker and a Keurig. Dine at the large table with seating for eight. Off of the kitchen is the master bedroom (BR1) with a Queen bed, sleeper sofa, reading area and wall mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom provides a vanity and tile shower. At the top of the landing, sits another master bedroom (BR2) with a queen size bed, luggage rack, nightstands, chest and wall mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom provides a vanity and tub/shower. The guest bedroom (BR3) has a queen bed, nightstands, closet and wall mounted TV. The bunk bedroom (BR4) has a twin over full bunkbed and wall mounted TV. These two rooms share a hall bath with vanity and tub/shower. The laundry room for your use is on the second levels. The yard has a privacy fence in rear of home. Winter Texans welcome. Let Fiesta Palm be your family beach vacation home!

Fiesta Palm was a true FIESTA!

Such a great house! Great location! Great space inside with fun beach decor. Nice sized bedrooms and a great layout. The only thing missing is a patio but the community pool is right across the drive, so we spent a lot of time at the pool area. SO NICE! I'd stay there again.

We had a great time on our vacation. Property was as advertised. Location was great, right next to the pool. Complex was dog friendly so it made it easy to walk the dog. My only complained was that the floors were not swept before arriving.

The house was as descri bed in the listing and more. Little things mean a lot and things like plenty of outlets to plug in phones and other devises and a well stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, pots, pans etc. was terrific. Right across from the pool. We would stay there again and again.

Perfect weekend getaway with the kids and dogs

Plenty of room our 7adults, 3 children, and 2 dogs. We lived the large kitchen table for meals and board games and the kids lived the pool in the evening. The included pool noodles and floats were a nice touch. Mattresses were a bit thin and firm but to have space for a family event was well worth that! The neighborhood is set back off the road and felt very safe for kids and pets. 3min drive to a road that accesses the beach.

Property was great, golf cart rental was great, location was great and entrance to the beach was very close by. The downside side for me, was the going back and forth with emails and text messages with the property management - there were 7 to 10 emails and more of the same with text msgs (20 contact msgs) which doesn’t even include the phone calls!!!! I found this intrusive and unprofessional - I’m not a minor and this was far, very far, from this being, my 1st property I’ve stayed at - they had me worried, from booking, until we left the property, which was suppose to be a relaxing weekend!!! We also didn’t get our house code, until we called property management at 4:15.

Very comfortable and close to the ocean

Stayed here with 6 friends (total of 7). We loved how many bathrooms there were, the big kitchen table, and the downstairs living room area. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed- from past experiences with beach rentals I brought sponges, dish soap, coffee filters, etc, but we ended up not needing any of those things- it was very well equipped. The little neighborhood of cottages this house is in is very quiet and peaceful. I also really liked that there seemed to be a MILLION outlets all over the property. I wish there were more pots and pans that weren’t nonstick since most of them were nonstick with scratches. The other thing was that the only measuring cup I was able to find was like a beaker and only had mL and oz. It worked out, I just had to do conversions on my phone, but if you need to do more than that, bring your own measuring cups. Google said that we were about a 13 minute walk to the beach- we didn’t try it since we had a ton of beach equipment. It was only a 3 minute drive and the property is VERY close to the beach access road which was amazing. Overall, if I have another big group of people, I would stay here again.

Overall, the house was nice. It was well decorated. The long white coffee table in the LR and big square table behind the door in the MBR seemed awkwardly placed. There is parking for 3 small or mid sized vehicles, but our 3 didn’t fit. Thankfully no one complained about us parking one at the far end of the pool. Also the location of the Domino’s dumpster (which you have no control over) adds very noisy early morning trash pick ups and the numerous cockroach and possum visits.

My main priority is that I am a wheelchair user, so finding a place that works for me (and everyone else) is my priority. Overall, the place was great! There were a couple minor issues that I brought up, and were assured they would be addressed. The management office was off-site - but that's where you rented the golf carts. Overall a smooth trip, would likely stay again!

The townhouse was the perfect size for 3 couples. Roomie bedrooms! Bathrooms need a hairdryer but that didn’t stop our fun! We spent most of the time inside because the pool was monopolized by on family. There were 17 people in the pool & no room for us! We still had fun & would stay again!!!

Perfect location!

The property is located perfectly to have quick access to the beach and town square. The floors were quite dirty, the fridge didn’t close unless a bottom drawer was removed, the downstairs toilet seat was rusted and broken and the towel rack in an upstairs bathroom would fall off the wall if you hung up a towel. There is also no deck or back area to sit and hang out but it is right across from the pool which was nice!
