What a location!!! Welcome to the desirable Village of Charlotte. Immaculate remodeled Sand Dollar has open floor plan and volume ceilings, this 1262 sq. ft. house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Living room, Dining room, Kitchen and inside laundry. All new flooring throughout the house, beautiful wood like tile in all the main living room, dining room, kitchen and inside laundry room. Both bedrooms have brand new carpet, kitchen features a breakfast bar, with stools and is stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay, Keurig coffee plus regular coffee brewer. New granite countertops in kitchen and both bathrooms. Outside area is made for relaxation with nice 16x11 covered lanai with patio furniture and 12 x 18 bird cage. 60"-inch-high definition tv in main room with YOUTUBETV 40"-inch tv in master bedroom and 32" in second bedroom. SORRY NO PETS. NO SMOKING.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was exceptionally clean and the owners went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked with high quality dishes, cookware and utensils. The furniture is of the highest quality. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors we met were nice. We really enjoyed our stay

Your house was very convenient to all our friends and also to the Sarasota driving range. Shopping was easy to get to also. And your house was beautifully decorated. We enjoyed using the golf cart when golfing. In the past we always rented a home with a outdoor grill so not to dirty the oven. That was the only thing we missed.

The home was immaculate inside and out. The home was well appointed for guests having everything needed for our stay. The neighborhood was wonderfully quite for the rest we needed on the last leg of our vacation. We enjoyed the golf cart. We were very impressed with the cart routes that led to the town centers for food, shopping, entertainment as well as connecting all the villages together. We met with long time friends who lived there. We shared lots of memories. good food and fellowship. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us.
