Enjoy a 3 bedroom home in Waikoloa Beach Resort at a nice price. This home is situated on one of the larger lots at Ainamalu and offers an open view with both the Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa mountains in the background.

The spacious great room offers ample space for families. The living room has two sofas facing a wall mounted big screen LCD television with extended cable and a DVD player. Adjacent is the kitchen and dining area. The dining area seats 6. The kitchen is well stocked and features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Just off the kitchen is the laundry area with a sink and full size washer and dryer.

Both the dining and living areas open up to the lanai. Here you will find a dining area for 6 as well as a lounge area with a couch and two chairs. There is a nice size heated pool with a jacuzzi for your enjoyment. Just off the lanai is a large grass space for your enjoyment. Also you may enjoy cooking a local fish or steak on the propane grill.

Just off the living area are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with bed side tables facing a wall mounted LCD television with extended cable. Large glass doors are just off the bedroom opening up to the lanai as well as offering a nice view. The master bath has dual vanities with a walk in shower. Just off the shower is a tropical space with an outdoor shower. The guest bedroom has two extra long twin beds that can be converted to a king upon request with two night stands. They face a nice dresser with a wall mounted television with a DVD player and extended cable.

The entry to the home features a nice tropical garden and outside the entry you will find a separate detached bedroom. This room is very spacious and has a king size bed facing a wall mounted television with DVD player and extended cable. It has a nice space for lounging with a couch and end tables. There is a small refrigerator with a sink for your use also. There are large glass doors that look over palm trees. Outside these doors is a path to the pool area for easy access to and from the pool. There is also a full size washer and dryer set in this room. The attached bathroom has dual vanities with a walk in shower.

Great location!

This house is on a great corner lot in a perfect location with ease to hopping on the highway, kings / queens shops, and area beaches. Check in was super easy and the rental agency called the next day to make sure all was well. The property does need various maintenance, and I gave that feedback to the rental agency directly. Kids loved the pool and we have no major complaints!

Great Stay in Waikoloa

1. Check in was easy and property was clean, well maintained, and very well stocked. 2. Outdoor gear: There were beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella, and soft food cooler. Pool toys and balls 3. Pool and hot tub were great, good temperature, and easy to maintain. 4. Kitchen was as well stocked as any home we've stayed in, great bbq. 5. Rooms were spacious and perfect for our stay with 2 kids and 4 adults. 6. Pictures might not do the property justice. We would stay again.

Simply amazing for family!

Our family of 6 (me, husband, 3yo, 1yo, my mother and aunt) simply loved our stay at 42. The amenities were lovely - kitchen is well stocked (they heard the previous reviews loud and clear — lots of wine glass options!) and the overall home is well appointed for a family. The outdoor living made our vacation so special - days poolside, afternoons running around the yard and nights under the lanai. With plenty of space to spread out, we easily made this place home for our 11 days and loved every minute of it. Washer and dryer were must haves for our small kids, as well as the bathtub. My husband tells everyone he never once showered inside (he lives for that private outdoor shower). So many pool and sand toys also. We got great use of the beach chairs and boogie boards. Simply amazing. Thank you for hosting our family!

Comfortable stay

This house was fantastic for my family! This house accommodated myself, my husband, my two young kids and my parents. The open main living area was perfect for us to cook and eat meals, watch TV or relax in the backyard by the pool. The neighborhood is very quiet, we might've seen 2-3 cars drive through during our entire stay. Everything was fairly new. The house: The bed in the main bedroom was super comfortable, I had some of my best nights of sleep. One of the bedrooms has a separate entrance, which worked well for my parents to have some separation. The two non main bedrooms have frosted glass doors that face the courtyard. Luckily my kids are hard sleepers but it could be bothersome to some in the morning as the sun rises. The kitchen was well appointed overall, but was missing wine glasses as another reviewer mentioned previously. The fridge and pantry had some basic items left from previous guests, which was a bonus. We were also able to take advantage of the beach items that were in the garage: beach chairs, mats and umbrellas. The pool: We used the pool and hot tub everyday of our stay. It was nice to get the salt off after a day spent on the beach. The house had noodles, pool toys and other floaties for use. The deep side of the pool is about 6 feet deep and the shallow end was just enough for my five year old to stand. There were a few nights that were super windy, it might be because of the particular location of the house. But it didn't stop us from enjoying the pool and hot tub. Location: The location is on a very quiet side of the island, close to the best beaches. You'd have to drive a bit if you want to go to the more "wet" parts of the island as we did when we went to see a few waterfalls and gardens. There are restaurants and shops in Waikoloa Village but they're pretty standard tourist shops. The best part of of the Kings Shops was the shave ice at Original Big Island Shave Ice Company, we went several times. Being nitpicky because I'm a clean freak... There was a huge hairball left in the drain of the main bathroom shower. The shower doors in two bathrooms had major water stains that were obviously not cleaned previous to our stay. Lastly, the property managers communicated with us throughout our stay and were very friendly and accommodating. I'd stay again!

Excellent family location

This house was great! It was very family friendly and easy to baby-proof from a busy crawler. The kitchen was well stocked and due to difficulty making dinner reservations we cooked and grilled every night. Only downside it was so windy every evening we couldn’t eat on the patio and we switched up the kids rooms when we arrived because our 8 year old wasn’t comfortable being outside the main house separated by two exterior doors.

House had plenty of room for two couples and a 14th year old. Pool and spa were excellent; had controls to heat spa when needed. Fairly new house; good amenities. could use wine glasses, chair in bedroom. Needs better and thorough cleaning. Would recommend. Property manager checked in with us.

This home is in a great location with incredible views of 3 of the volcanos. Very nice kitchen with JennAir appliances. Even sharp knives! Pool area is lovely. Comfy bed. Definitely would come back with family.

Wonderful house

Very nice house which is accurately reflected in the photographs. Large and private and very new. .Communication with the management company was excellent. Note that one of the bedrooms/bathrooms is a bit of an 'annex' where you have to go outside across a small private courtyard to access; this was fine for our 11-year-old and would be great for adults but may be a consideration for families with small kids. The hot-tub was not working when we arrived but the management company was very responsive and made appropriate accommodations. Would stay here again for sure.
