Adorable cozy fully furnished house situated on a private horse farm with pasture views from the back porch and Mountain Views​ from the front.
New modern tastefully decorated with 2 separate bedrooms one king bed and the other with 2 full beds for your comfort. A common area gathering room off the fully equipped kitchen, stove/oven, microwave, ​and Keurig, Coffee maker, and stacked washer and dryer. Nice circle driveway, short 4 miles to the Tryon Equestrian Center . 5 miles to FENCE .

This was a great little house for my daughter and me about 15 minutes from TIEC. Beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. Host was responsive with the few questions that I had. We would stay again.

The home has an amazing view of the horses and pastures. The house is super cute, and clean. The bedrooms are separated by the living room. Lots of privacy if you need it. Mary was kind enough to let my granddaughter go over to the farm to meet all the horses and dogs. It was a great location for what we had planned, especially for the Tryon Equestrian Center. My daughter loved it so much she said she’d rent it year round.

lovely location. Easy check in and Mary was really patient with communication as I had an issue with my Vrbo account I would suggest updating the master bedroom furniture only one drawer of the very well used dresser would open The master bath could use a bit more upgrade to linens and some non slip aids as the tub is very high and deep stepping in and out you need to very careful. Kitchen could use some added supplies while we did not cook there it was very limited in nature The motion light for the front steps timing is so quick you barely get the a step towards the door in the dark or get the key in the lock before it goes out. Just a suggestion for a more positive first impression the directors chairs on the front porch are torn and in poor shape you should either remove and or replace them.The blinds in the living room are also in deteriorating and non working condition. I would either replace or remove them. A little more attention to cleaning would be good I moved one of the lamps on the bedroom nightstand And the was an outline around it. While I add all this it is just some overall suggestions we still had a very comfortable stay it was perfect for our short stay and if the weather had been better I would have loved coffee on the back deck watching the horse.

Cozy Accommodations!

We were in the area for my daughter’s horse show at Tryon International Equestrian Center. The Cozy House was well appointed and so close to the equestrian Center. It was just a 10 minute drive, so convenient!

We’re so happy you’ve chosen to spend time at our family farm. Ten years ago, we designed and built this home with the dream of creating a peaceful place where family, horses, and nature could all be enjoyed together.
I’m a wife, mother of two, and lifelong horse lover. I spent many wonderful years competing in eventing world with my two horses—a Swedish Warmblood gelding and a now 9 year old KWPN. Those experiences shaped so many cherished memories that are woven into the story of this farm.
Although our children are grown, the farm is still the heart of our family. Our daughter, now married with a family of her own, returns often to enjoy the farm she grew up loving. Our son and his daughter live nearby and work alongside us in our family business, making this a place where generations continue to gather.
Each day here is filled with the simple joys of country living—caring for the farm, taking peaceful trail rides, and enjoying the beauty that surrounds us. You may be greeted by our friendly farm dogs as they roam the property: Ella, our Shiloh Shepherd; Ollie, our Bernese Mountain Dog; and Elliott, our playful Shepadoodle.
Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee on the back deck, watching horses graze, or ending the day with one of our spectacular sunsets, we hope you’ll find the same sense of peace and comfort that has made this farm so special to our family.

I tastefully decorated this cute house. It’s bigger than the competitors cabins which leaves plenty of room for luggage and all our britches and boots. The bAck deck Has a gorgeous view. It’s super easy access either direction to TIEC or the store.

I am An equestrian myself an Eventer so I understand late hours and our furry friends.
