orporate Rental. Cozy two-story apartment situated in the most desirable area of the Marigny, across from the French Quarter and a block from Frenchmen Street.

Half a block from Bourbon Street and a block to Frenchmen Street, the unit is close to the best music bars, restaurants and shopping. A short walk to Jackson Square and the famous Cafe Du Monde.

Enter the cozy living room on the main floor that leads to the Kitchen with full amenities, stainless steel appliances, microwave, coffee maker, and granite counter tops. Laundry with washer and dryer and a half bath are located off the kitchen.

Up the stairs are the main bathroom and a beautiful bedroom with views to the courtyard , queen bed with and ceiling fan.

Enjoy our fabulous courtyard , by the fountain, or under the cool gazebo.

We also have another unit in the building that sleeps 4 people , if you may want to accommodate a bigger group.

Mardi Gras

Comfortable unit. Great location. But beware - the property is on the market for sale. I arrived to find that a contract for sale had been signed and the property sale was to be finalised before my stay finished. Very stressful during peak season and all hotels booked out for Mardi Gras. That sale fell through and I understand that the property is still on the market for sale.

Best place in New Orleans!

I have stayed in New Orleans 6 times and this is by far the best. A great house, in a quiet neighborhood, but only one block from the French Quarter and two blocks from Frenchmen Street!! Perfect location. And the place is wonderful! So clean, beautifully decorated and feels like home. The fully stocked kitchen allowed us to just add groceries and we could make many of our meals here when we wanted to. There is also a lovely courtyard out back. A nice The Host is amazing and so helpful. Highly recommend this accommodation and I will be sure to be back.

Cozy house and great location!

This house was perfect for me and my partner's visit to New Orleans! Within walking distance from live music on Frenchman's Street and delicious restaurants in Bywater, you can't do any better! Check in and out process incredibly easy. Highly recommend staying here!
