This place is in a great, convenient location and feels very secure with gated access. There’s a corner store right downstairs, which makes grabbing snacks or essentials super easy. It’s less than a mile from the French Market and within walking distance to both Bourbon Street and Canal Street, so everything is close by. The bed was also incredibly comfortable, making the stay even more enjoyable.
Jose was a great host. Great communication and offering several options of local highlights. The apartment was very clean and the bed was probably the most comfortable one Ive slept on. I would consider staying here again!
This was in an absolutely ideal location! We didn’t have a car this trip but it was so easy to have more than plenty to do with all the great food and shops very close by. The French quarter was a quick walk away too. Today’s Cajun Seafood is right around the corner, and a delicious quick bite. Highly recommend using Le Pass for public transportation, it was super easy and also fun. The house itself is beautifully built with high ceilings and lovely details. Jose was very attentive and helpful in communication. I would definitely stay here again, it was perfect!
The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was right in the heart of the French Quarter, so it was close to many things to do. Although the apartment was gated and we felt safe, it is located in a sketchy area. I did not feel comfortable once outside the gate. That being said, I would stay there again. The host was attentive.Thank you, Jose!

Apartment was clean. It is not in a good area. People congregate at the end of the block on the street corner and play loud music. Cars run up and down the street too fast. It is a narrow side street that people evidently use as a short cut. Make sure to tuck your side mirrors in. Ours was torn off. The shower is tiny and there is no bidet as advertised. There were no hot pads in the kitchen and only one dish towel and cloth. We could have used some more dishes as we cooked breakfast every day. It is about a 25 min walk to the French Quarter. We would not return.
We loved staying here! It was in a good part of town, we felt safe and parking was easy to find! The property was clean and very nice! I would definitely stay here again when visiting the city!
We had a great time staying at the apartment! Close to everything. Really clean and smelled great. Apartment is much bigger than we expected. On street parking with bright flood lights and a camera.
We loved the location and the unit is so cute. We loved that we could just walk over to French quarter. We also loved that the property was inside a gated area. It made us feel safe and was like being inside a little garden.
Great little place. Cozy. Very comfy bed. Perfect for my husband and myself.Within walking distance of a grocery store, Starbucks, cafe/bakery, restaurants, bars, the market, and the French Quarter. Also close to a stop for the hop on/hop off bus for New Orlenas area. Very cleqn. And the owner was easy to contact.
I didn't want to stay on bourbon st, but close enough to walk. This place was perfect and affordable. There's a locked gate so your completely safe! Plus there's a walk in closet! 10/10
We stayed here for a weekend getaway. The place was spacious and clean. It’s just outside of the French quarter but a quick 20 min walk to bourbon street. We walked both during the day and at night and had not issues. Check in and check out was easy. Only small issues were found.. the shower door was off the rail but easy to get back on to close. Be mindful the bedroom window is by the street so you can hear street noise.
We had minor hiccup but owner was easy to get in touch and always answered very quickly. I chose this area because it said 8 min walk to french quarters and bourbon its like 6 min drive like 30 min walk. Its night life in walking distance we really enjoyed that. This apartment seems to be a main street so it waw a lil noisy with people talking loud and fare its also by the main gate of the building but all in all it was a enjoyable stay.

Great place, rotten fish fridge was the only real downfall.
The apartment was nice, roomy, clean, perfect for just the 2 of us. Fridge did smell like rotten fish though, it smelled so bad we didnt keep any food in there. Wifi did start acting weird torwards the end but not too big of a deal. Washer and Dryer didnt work. Other than some minor inconveniences i enjoyed my stay here.
4 night get away for St. Patrick’s day.
Apartment was a great size. Nice big and open rooms. Found parking on the street.
Very walkable to Frenchman and the Quarter.
Bought LePass for the streetcars, buses and ferry as it was suppose to be a rainy trip.
Bus line was on the corner and street car also close. For some places would need both RTA and JP lines.
Host was very receptive. Texted to make sure there was a coffee maker. There is a keurig which was great.
Highly recommend and would love to stay again on a future visit!
Our stay was super great! We really enjoyed how close we were to everything and that we could see our car from the window. My reasons for not giving a five star review:1. The temperature was not good. When we got in at midnight it was 88 degrees inside the house and we could not get it to go above 74. Beware if you like to sleep in extremely coolness that will not happen here.2. The fan in the bedroom didn’t work and the chain for the living room light was not long enough to turn off. My boyfriend suffers from migraines and overhead lights hurt. But we had to choose between leaving the light on with the fan or turning the lights off and being too hot.
Overall great stay! I was in town for a funeral. I didn't check with family prior to booking since I had checked all the reviews prior to booking and it mentioned safe neighborhood. Although I did not experience any incidents, the feeling of safety was not there. I'm a female, traveling alone and would've made a different choice. Great for a couple or group stay. The property itself was very comfortable and clean. I was able to relax. There was never a need to reach out to the host. The grocery store down the street was really nice. I was told it is a historical staple in the community. Not within walking distance with groceries. Street parking was ample but slim pickings on nights when local bars are active. This property is in the heart of New Orleans. In the heart of any city you will encounter all the city has to offer. The area was vibrant with local bars and eateries within walking distance. Because I was traveling alone I waited for my family to come over to experience the rich history and entertainment in the community. On the days that I wasn't visiting family, I did walk to St Charles and Pauger to hitch a streetcar ride to the enjoy the French Quarter.I visit family often in New Orleans and would consider staying here again because now I know what to expect about the surroundings. Again, overall great stay!!
