You will find our property fully furnished, secure and very well maintained. Included for your comfort are all the mod-cons from walk in closet, to airy living room.Have full size kitchen and patio off the living room. All the appliances are full sized. There are microwave oven, full size stove with oven, , full size refrigerator ,dishwasher, Coffee maker, toaster, and all the dinner ware is supplied. Bedroom is private with all linens included. King , Queen or two Twin beds in the bedroom plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. Awaken to bright, sunny mornings. Great Place! Great experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Bayview. The apartment itself has everything you would need. We were there for 2 months and had everything we needed. The decor and design of things has a top notch feel. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bed is extremely comfortable. The screen porch is like a little sanctuary. Nice to sit out there and watch nature. The complex itself was great too. You have the private beach and pool just a short 2min walk from your door. Not many people are ever at the beach so you have it to yourself a lot of the time. Gorgeous sunsets! And the house even has plastic glassware for you to take a glass of wine to sit out on the beach and watch the sun go down. Overall, we had a great stay. Easy to communicate with the owner. Easy to check in and check out. Highly reccommend.

Never Again!!

We were hit with an additional $45 dollars at check in for a parking pass and lease fee that was NOT disclosed by the renter or VRBO. We want a refund. The property is in a terrible state of disrepair. ^ of the units in our building have the patio doors boarded up by plywood as the decks are rotting away. Years of neglect!!! Two pools there, great. The pool shown in their marketing website was freezing all month until a few days before we left. Hot tub was NOT hot....lukewarm. The last weekend we were there the water was hot but the jets didn't function.

Extended Stay

Was here for 2 months with my boyfriend because we work remotely. Had never been to the area before so it was a bit of a shot in the dark. Would do it again but probably for a bit of a shorter stay. Pros: -hosts were very kind and super responsive -the pool was great -neighborhood was clean and safe (gated community) -it was stocked with towels/sheets and cooking utensils Cons -the living room and tv/entertainment area was not what we expected. The tv only worked half the time unfortunately and the couch was not comfortable at all. This wouldn’t have mattered if we were there for a week but 2 months without a desirable living room was tough -it was in a retirement community which was not a bad thing, however as mid 20 year olds we wish we would’ve known that because we may have stayed somewhere else in hopes of connecting with people our own age -the washer/dryer ruined a few items of our clothes. Not sure why but some of them had black streaks on them when they came out of the dryer. It was rare, only happened on maybe 3 loads but still not ideal
