Location was close to the beach and the city

It was overall great, given apartment was close to the beach and walking distance to all other attractions. Check-in was difficult. I did informed the property manager that my flight is landing late and am on my way via uber still had to stay outside to wait for 15mins for him to take us through. He did ask for extra charges, which were agreed to be paid via bank transfer but insisted on cash, followed by number of text msgs. Which was not professional. Bed was Sofa bed, not a real mattress, my back is still aching. Property was clean, with mat and umbrella to use at beach. Nice clean kitchen counter with a little fridge and washing machine. It was on first floor, with a small lift, was difficult sometimes with the stroller but some how we managed.

Great location and really nice apartment!

The apartment is small but more than enough for 2 people, it has a pretty nice bathroom and a great AC that always kept the house cool. The apartment is located at 2 minutes walk to the beach however it is situated in a pretty strange building(nothing to worry about though). Everything is functioning and quite clean. Pierre was an awesome guy and he tried to fulfill our every request. Check in and check out were pretty flexible.

Location très pratique et agréable

Les photos sont conformes à la réalité. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Nice. L'appartement est très bien situé, à proximité des principales lignes de bus, de la promenade des Anglais et des commerces. Le logement était très propre et tout était en parfait état de fonctionnement. Nous y retournerons volontiers !
