About this property

Nice 2 room apartment with air conditioning, terrace, free parking lift.

it is a brand new 2 room apartment with a parking space included, so you have a bedroom plus a very comfortable quick-opening sofa bed to accommodate 2 additional people. towels and sheets are provided
you are close to the promenade des anglais and the various shops
you can also arrive by bus 98 from the airport about 20 minutes. you have a liddl store to do your shopping.
The tram on line 2 direct from the airport to the Alsace Loraine stop. then you are 5 mins walk from rue Bottero.
Please pay the cleaning and linen package 62€ for 2 and 67€ for 3 or4 persons upon arrival. as noted in the rules of procedure.
baby travel bed 10€ for the stay
if you arrive after 19H15 you will have a extra fee to pay for late check in because you will have to meet the private concierge Laure
