Enjoy beach living in this light-filled home. An immaculate, modern getaway is perfect for friends and family. With over 3,300 square foot, there's tons of room – 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Multiple areas to entertain, relax and unwind - a front and backyard with fire pit, picnic table and couch for lounging, an upstairs deck and bar; a side deck off of the kitchen with grill. One area upstairs is a dedicated office.

So cozy, you’ll want to spend a lot of time just hanging out, but there is so much to enjoy nearby! The beach is just a 12 minute walk and The Strand, a walking and running path along the beach, is a must do while visiting. Surfing, paddle boarding and biking is popular here and we provide a foam board and boogie boards for your stay as well as a collapsable wagon. Downtown Manhattan Beach is just a 15 minutes away on foot with wonderful shopping and an incredible selection of restaurants

For those working remotely, we have one room that is an office and two other desks in the house
