Located on the best 'gas lamp' street in the 'trees' the home boasts 5 large bedrooms (King and 4 Queen size beds, 5 & 1/2 baths, Media room with flatscreen TV, an outdoor room with wood burning fireplace and HD flatscreen TV, gourmet kitchen, separate bar entertaining area with HD flatscreen TV, and just about every possible amenity. Beach chairs are included. Charming downtown Manhattan Beach is just a quick 5-7 minute walk. LAX airport is just 10 minutes away. PLEASE CHECK OUR CALENDAR FOR AVAILABLE DATES! We built this dream house in 2010. Each of the 5 bedroom is beautifully designer decorated. Interior and exterior areas flow naturally and the 5,000 sf of living area will give your family the room it needs to spread out and feel relaxed and comfortable after a full day's beach activities
