This ground-floor unit is all on one level for easy access. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, twin bed, flat-screen Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the second bathroom is located in the hall with a shower/tub combo and separate vanity area.

The open floor plan living area includes a queen sofa bed, flat-screen Smart TV, wood-burning stove (wood provided), and access to a private deck from the dining area. The dining table seats 6, and the fully equipped kitchen has all major appliances, cookware, and dishware. Two outdoor parking spaces are included.

Winter weekend trip

Took family to play with snow. We like the property being single level and everything was great. It’s just a shame the pool table was out of service but the spa area was very relaxing after a long day on the mountain.

Mammoth stay Feb 19 - Feb 23

Nice, clean cozy condo in a good location. Conveniently located nears Vons and restaurants. Bedrooms are nice size. The only problem we ran into was the closet door was off the rail when we arrived . Overall though we enjoyed our stay.

Property was extremely run down

Front door was broken closet door hit my wife in the head it was broken The cold water didn't work in the shower for the master bedroom I got burnt when I took a shower The hot tub was only 85°, it was lukewarm at best spoke with the manager on the property who I guess was the president of the HOA and he threw a plastic chair up against the wall and said things around here don't work forever do they very disappointed I've been staying at the Sunshine village condos for 35 plus years This is the first time I've ever been extremely disappointed..

Great except for Bathroom

The stay was great, however one of the bathroom lights was dim to the point of there basically being no light in the bathroom. This made the stay difficult and essentially left us with one bathroom.

Great experience!

So close and easy to get to mammoth! The shuttle spot is right outside and easy to get to! Great condo for relaxation after a long day of skiing!!

Great community and nice little townhouse

We were able to get into the property a day early and the manager was very polite and communicated clearly and quickly. Would stay again.
