A WAVE FROM IT ALL at Seaside Beach:  Ocean Front Condo on the Prom: This condo unit is in an amazing location, looking right at the historic Broadway Turn-around at Seaside Beach, Oregon! A major interior upgrade was recently completed, with new beds, couches, furniture, artwork, and wall color. In the master you will find a inviting plush king bed, flat screen TV, soothing wall colors and a wonderful sense of space to sneak away to. If another bed is needed for a little one, the master bedroom closet also contains 2 twin roll a ways. In the master bath you can enjoy a Jacuzzi bubble bath or relaxing shower aside a spacious double sink. In the second bedroom you can unwind in a queen bed and enjoy the sound of the ocean through your north-facing window. The three-quarter hall bath contains a shower, sink, and toilet. In the living room you will find amenities in every direction ranging from a 42 inch high def TV, gas fireplace, and expansive ocean views. Couples will love our rotating snuggle chair perfectly positioned to enjoy the fireplace as well as the sunset views of Tillamook Head and the historic lighthouse. The dining room table is chosen to comfortably seat 6 while providing easy access to the bar area where you can lay out the feast. As with all our homes, the kitchen is fully appointed with all the basics and some of the extras not normally found in vacation rentals. Come enjoy the beach with us at this fabulous location!

Great Family Getaway.

We were in Seaside for my nephews basketball tournament. The location was a perfect walk to the beach, into town, easy access to all the amenities Seaside has to offer. The house was very spacious, clean and provided easy directions for check-in and check out.

What a beautiful unit!

This condo was perfect for our stay. We were visiting with relatives in nearby Gearhart and enjoyed our stay. Being so close to the beach was wonderful and the unit was so clean and fresh! We will be back!

Weekend stay

This location of this property is perfect! Close to everything and you can walk right out to the beach. It was clean and decorated very cute. Things to improve: bed in the master is very uncomfortable and there are not enough sleeping pillows. For a king size bed, 3 small pillows is not enough. For being on the beach, not having beach chairs was a disappointment. This is a huge miss. Lastly, the check in process was very clunky and the communication with the property manager was inconsistent. The code we were told to enter upon arrival did not work. It took several minutes and finally she was able to provide a code that got us in. She had to come to the property to reset the code and give us keys as she was not sure the code on the door would continue to work. We also had to walk through the property with the manager and a clipboard and inspect everything to make sure it was clean and nothing was damaged. I have never had to do this at a Vrbo property before. The last thing you want to do when you get to your vacation home is to have the manager come over and spend time making sure the cleaning crew did their job. All in all it is a great place. It could be even better with a better check in process and a few small upgrades.

Hi Mary, Thank you for your stay and your comments. We appreciate honest feelings from our guest. We wish everything to be smooth for our guest checking in from the door lock to all amenties, but that doesn't always happen. We can reach out to the owner about getting beach chairs. We ask you to do the walk through for your own protection like if you where renting a car. Rachel came by the condo to assist you with the elock and brought you keys in case you still had issues with the elock, she also was there to help you with the TV, since you had mentioned to her that you were having issues with it. Rachel wasn't there to do the walk-thru with you as you thought. I hope you enjoyed your stay and that the staff did everything to make it a pleasant stay. Thank you again

We had a family emergency and could not use this vacation rental, unfortunately. Because it was so close to our check-in day, the property manager would not give us new dates. We were out the cost of the four nights.

Weekend of relaxation

When trying to find a place to stay on the Oregon coast near Seaside, one of my criteria was that if the weather was rainy and cold I could be inside and watch the ocean. This property was exactly what I wanted. When it was raining and the cold wind was blowing we could sit inside and watch the beach, the ocean and the hardy people who ventured outside. The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. Their was a nice selection of dvds and books but we didn't make use of them because we enjoyed watching the ocean. Their was also a selection of games and we did play one of them. We heard very little noise from the units above us or beside us. This property made this short weekend vacation one of the most enjoyable we have had.

Literally Perfect!

We decided at the last minute to come to the coast to visit my husband who was in Oregon helping with the wildfires. I typically rely on reviews but in this case it was the nice write-up from the rental managers about the Covid situation that made us choose this particular unit. I am so happy we did because it was literally perfect. Super clean with everything updated including the furniture, appliances, etc. It was a second floor unit and beachfront so we were able to get in and out easily but still had a great view. It had a fireplace which was so nice even though we had great weather for a December stay (not used to fireplaces in our typical Gulf of Mexico vacation spots!) Location could not have been better for us and again it couldn’t have been cleaner or more well-maintained. I would highly recommend this unit if you’re trying to choose between several.
