Superb, very SPACIOUS VILLA in the center of Wimereux, 500m from the beach

At the blue anchor is a villa located near rue Carnot and its shops, restaurants and cafes. The house was completely renovated in 2015 with quality materials (new double-glazed frames, double sinks, walk-in showers, spacious garage, etc.).

With a surface area of 135 m² (excluding garage, terrace and garden), your holiday villa consists of two floors and includes:

- on the ground floor: an entrance with WC and cloakroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, a large living room with flat screen TV (convertible living room), 1 master bedroom with double bed (160 x 200) and adjoining SDD, a large furnished terrace (facing south-east), a large functional garage of 25 m² with electric door and a utility room.

- upstairs: 1 children's room with bunk beds + a double bed (140 x 200) + a folding baby bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200), a separate bathroom with bath, shower, double sink and washing machine, separate WC.

The house is fully equipped with appliances and baby equipment. You benefit from free WIFI throughout the house.

Duvets and pillows are available. However, you should be sure to bring your own bed sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bath towels and dish towels.

Fantastic place to stay

We stayed here for 2 nights to break up the trip back home from the south of France. The gite is in the centre of town, a short walk to shops, restaurants and the seafront. Wimereux is a lovely little town with plenty to do. The property has a secure garage which was really useful as parking seems to be an issue in the town. Nice little secure garden for our dogs, and the gite was to a high standard with plenty of space. Would definitely book again on our next adventure in France.

Het benedentoilet is wel aan vervanging toe.Vind de eletriciteitstoestand meer bepaald waar de hoofdleiding het huis binnenkomt en in de badkamer thv de radiator toch niet kunnen, gevaarlijk ivm kinderen, zou bij ons in België nooit goedgekeurd worden.

Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen, vor allem, wenn man Kinder hat. Wir machen seit Jahren mit der Familie eines unserer Kinder Ferien. Dieses Haus, in dem wir jetzt zum 2. Mal waren, hat uns am besten gefallen. Oma und Opa haben im Erdgeschoss einen eigenen Schlafbereich, Papa, Mama und zwei Kinder haben oben Platz zum schlafen, spielen und ebenfalls mit Bad.

Wir waren das erste Mal in Wimereux und lieben Ort und Haus. Es hat keine Probleme mit den Hunden gegeben, der Strand neben der Promenade darf genutzt werden. Das Haus und der Hof sind wunderschön, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es fehlt im Haus an nichts. Selten so viele Tassen, Teller und ko in einem Haus gehabt. Für uns war es schön auch Mal abends auf dem Sofa zu sitzen, das Stelle ich mir vollbesetzt aber schwierig vor. Wenn wirklich 8 Personen da wären. Für uns aber ein Traum und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Abwechslungsreicher Familienurlaub

14 Tage im September konnten wir in Wimereux verbringen und waren vom Ort und der Unterkunft begeistert. Besonders die Lage und Ausstattung des Hauses haben uns gut gefallen. Es ist sowohl modern, als auch gemütlich eingerichtet, wir können es weiter empfehlen, auch wenn es etwas hellhörig ist.

Emplacement parfait

Nous avons récemment séjourné dans cet hébergement et nous sommes absolument ravi de notre expérience. La localisation est idéale : tout est à moins de 5 minutes, que ce soit les commerces, les restaurants ou les attractions principales. C'est extrêmement pratique et cela nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour sans perdre de temps dans les déplacements. L'hébergement en lui-même est top. Il est non seulement bien aménagé, mais aussi extrêmement bien équipé. Nous voyagions avec un bébé et toutes les commodités nécessaires étaient à notre disposition, ce qui a grandement facilité notre séjour. Les équipements pour bébé étaient en parfait état. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement à tous ceux qui recherchent un endroit confortable, pratique et bien équipé pour leur séjour. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter !

Kurz und knapp: Es war ein rundum traumhafter Urlaub und wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Tolle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und vor Ort, ein traumhaftes Haus, mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünschen kann (besonders auch mit Blick auf kleine Kinder). Supersauber und modern mit tollen Bädern. Perfekte Lage, man erreicht alles, was man benötigt fußläufig. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und waren alle sehr traurig (von den Großeltern bis zum kleinen Sohn), als der Urlaub vorbei war und wir das Haus verlassen mussten.

...wird unser neuer Stützpunkt an der Cote d'Opale...

Wir waren mit sieben Personen für (leider nur) drei Nächte im Haus. Wir können uns allen bisher abgegebenen positiven Bewertungen vollständig anschließen und können da nichts mehr hinzufügen. Ich kenne Wimereux seit fast 35 Jahren. Die Stadt hat sich in dieser Zeit von einem etwas verschlafenen Örtchen zu einem äußerst attraktiven Ziel entwickelt. Nur die grandiose Natur gab es immer schon... Noch etwas zum Haus und zur Lage: Ja, es mag etwas hellhörig sein. Aber das Haus ist groß genug, um damit problemlos umzugehen. Auch die viel erwähnte Bahnstrecke ist da. Aber die Züge sind so leise, dass man bei geschlossenen Fenstern absolut nichts hört (Fenster und Bausubstanz sind sehr solide und perfekt schließend). Und selbst bei geöffneten Fenstern ist das absolut nicht störend. Der Wohn-/Ess-/Küchenbereich ist in der Realität sogar noch viel großzügiger, als es auf den Bildern scheint - im hinteren Bereich sogar zweigeschossig bis unters Dach! Sehr schönes Raumgefühl. Selten so ein preis-wertes Feriendomizil gehabt. Vielen Dank auch an Stéphanie für die absolut professionelle und super nette Betreuung vor Ort. Wir planen schon den nächsten Urlaub dort.

Logement au calme et à deux pas de tout

Logement spacieux et confortable, situé à proximité des commerces et des restaurants dans une rue calme avec emplacements de parking gratuit. Trois chambres agréables avec literie confortable. Cuisine équipée disposant de vaisselle en suffisance. Seul petit bémol, la maison est froide et pourrait être chauffée avant l'arrivée, d'autant plus que la chaleur migre vers les chambres.
