Come and recharge your batteries in our "CÔTE ET MER" villa. It has just been completely renovated (works completed in July 2023).

Second room: New, fully equipped kitchen with 2 large bay windows offering a magnificent view of the sea and the English coast.
Third room: bedroom 1, sea view, double bed 1.60m x 2m with walk-in shower, sink.
Upstairs:
Fourth room: Bedroom 2, sea view, double bed 1.40m x 2m.
Fifth room: Bedroom 3, sea view, double bed 1.60m x 2m.
Sixth room: Bedroom 4, sea view, double bed 1.60m x 2m with crib.
Seventh room: Bathroom with shower and sink.
Eighth room: Toilet.
!!! Duvet covers are mandatory (2.20m x 2.40m).
Amenities:
Heating: Air conditioning + pellet stove (bags not provided).
Equipped kitchen: 2 refrigerators/freezer/oven and microwave/induction hob/dishwasher/Senseo/electric kettle/toaster/coffee maker/dishes.

We created a more cozy lounge area for relaxing and reading.
Our villa is designed for spending quiet, relaxing moments surrounded by family or friends.
The property is not fenced, but pets are welcome.
There is a large terrace with tables, deckchairs, and a barbecue.

There are 6 parking spaces behind the property.
The path next to the house is a right-of-way; do not park in this driveway to allow the farmer access.
