My husband and I purchased Southern Charm in October of 2018 because we always wanted a vacation home by the beach within drivable distance to enjoy with our 11 year old son. Southern Charm was so perfect, picture perfect. The colors, decorations views of the ocean, the lanai with beautiful sunsets, and great amenities in side and on the property for our family and friends. Even the 8 hour drive is something we enjoy because we make a stop or 2, sing and just have a great time getting to our home.

It is best place to make memories and we are thrilled to offer you an opportunity to stay at our home. Listening to the ocean in the morning eating breakfast. Watching the sunset from the lanai with a glass of wine. Kids, family and friends can play shuffleboard, boardgames, volleyball , putt/putt, xbox. Truly a relaxing, memory making atmosphere. We want to share our love of our home and make your own lasting memories.
