Charming house of 64m2 in a private park, secure, wooded and quiet. Nice view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and its beautiful Mediterranean landscape.

Conveniently located 5 minutes from the beaches and near remarkable Provencal villages of Gassin (3km), Grimaud (5km), Saint-Tropez (6km) and Ramatuelle (8km).

The house has been renovated with great care, including a spacious 36m2 living room, 2 bedrooms with AC, bathroom (large shower) and separate toilet, for 4 to 5 people. A large terrace of 50m2 overlooking a shady private garden.

Very nice stay nearby St. Tropez

We enjoyed our stay. It was,our first impression of the Cote d'Azur and we really enjoyed it. The house, withvm a nice view, is well situated in a calme place, easy accessible to explore the region: the villages such as Gassin a very nice village that belongs to 'Les Plus Beaux Villages de France', Grimaud & Port grimaud, St. Tropez, Ste. Maxime, Ramatuelle and many more. And of course to explore the surrouding beaches, some nearby, other a bit further away but it was worth it. One week was not enough:)

Emplacement idéal pour visiter la région

La maison est parfaitement placée pour rayonner partout sur la presqu'île de St Tropez et au-delà (Cannes / Grasse à 1h30) sans être trop bloqués par les embouteillages de St Tropez. Très belle vue de loin sur la mer. La maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée, tout est récent, confortable et fonctionnel. Un point d'attention pour les personnes sensibles : pas de clim / isolation thermique, il y fait vraiment très chaud dès le milieu d'après-midi, il faut tout ouvrir le soir et la nuit pour dormir au frais :).

Excellent séjour, super vacances

Ma femme et moi avons adoré ce lieu magnifique. Nous venons dans la région chaque année et ceci était la meilleure location par rapport aux appartements que nous avons loué les années précédentes. Tout près du parc il y a une très bonne boulangerie, nous y sommes allés chaque matin. La maison a été entièrement refaite avec un espace de vie très grand et la cuisine est bien équipée. Nous avons passé de très bon moments sur la terrasse en profitant de la vue sur le golfe et sur la fôret. Nous reviendrons sûrement l'année prochaine!

Great holidays, beautiful spot!

We stayed there for one week in June. The house is completely new and we enjoyed our evenings outside on the terrace. We can recommend the beaches at Pampelonne and Gigaro and the Tuesday morning market in St Tropez. We will definitely come back and can only recommend this place!
