Enjoy your Kauai Vacation at the beautiful Oceanfront Waipouli Beach Resort & Spa. Located in one of the newest resorts on Kauai, H-402 is a 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom Oceanfront Penthouse Condo. You will enjoy relaxing sounds of waves hitting the sand from almost every room!

Enjoy a spacious living area with ocean views from the lanai, cable television, and air conditioning. This upscale unit includes a full gourmet kitchen featuring Wolf glass cooktop and oven, Sub-Zero refrigerator, GE microwave, Bosch dishwasher, granite countertop and African Mahogany cabinets.

Two Master suites feature King beds, Cable TV, full bathroom with soaking tubs and showers, and of course ocean views. For extra guests, there is a comfortable queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

Additional features of this unit and also include ceiling fans, linens and bedding, interior full size stackable washer and dryer, and elevator access. The 13+ acre resort property boasts lush tropical landscaping surrounding a freshwater pool complete with water slides, waterfalls, 3 sandy bottom hot tubs, with a sandy bottom children's pool.

Waipouli Beach Resort & Spa Rated #1 Hawaiian Island by Travel & Leisure magazine and designated as the most outstanding resort in Hawaii by the Parade Of Homes. ***Please note that a daily resort fee of $32+GET per day will be added to your reservation.

We loved this condo. The view is breath taking! Nicely stocked with all the amenities. This unit does have beach chairs and umbrellas. Centrally located for excursions to the north and south. Safeway across the street it perfect. We would love to come back!

Great stay in Kauai

We loved this property. My mother and mother in law stayed at this unit and enjoyed the central location and being able to get around the island easily. They absolutely loved the pool complex next to the beach. They loved the view most of all and spent many days on the balcony overlookingthe pool and the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your place. It was very comfortable and such a beautiful view from the lanai. That's what really convinced my choice. The location is great to explore from also. We had some fabulous meals at the Aloha Restaurant on site and would love to stay again in the future.

Very nice property!

The condo has a nice view of the ocean. The bed was very comfortable. We slept with our sliding door open every night and the sound of the ocean was so comforting and peaceful. We highly recommended staying at this property!

A Perfect 10

Unbeatable ocean views, spotlessly clean and everything felt brand new. Everything you need is there, right down to a beach umbrella and beach chairs. Location across the street from Safeway and Starbucks is awesome and also just a few blocks from the5 mile beachfront path. Restaurant doesn’t open until 4p, but good and views are great.
