The Resort is located in Historic Kapaa town, a 15 minute drive from the airport and ideally located right across the street with a Starbucks! Papaya's Organic Natural Health Food Store & Eatery, a Safeway, an Ice Cream Parlor. There is a Long's Drug Store nearby and Restaurants. Coconut Marketplace less than a mile down the road has island shopping and Kapaa town boasts the most amount of eateries on the island.

World famous golf courses are a scenic 20 minute drive to the North Shore to golf where the pros play with panoramic views of majestic mountains, waterfalls and rainbows.

Minimum stay is 3 nights; except for Holidays, when there is a minimum stay of 7 nights.

We had a fantastic stay! Perfect location in Kaua'i for exploring all parts. Perfect location on the property, super close to parking lot and pool, yet felt private. Shopping plaza across the street so convenient. Ample space and A/C inside kept everyone comfortable.

The location is close to the airport so very easy to get to. You can walk to the beach and the pool is so much fun with the slides and the lazy river to float dowm

Perfect location for a Kauai Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this unit. It had everything we needed and was easy to get to the pool, beach and convenient to parking and the lobby area. Our kids loved being close to the Koi Pond, thanks for the great stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Waipouli resort. The condo was clean and spacious, great location, our kids Loved the pool area and every morning lived at the koi pond watching the fish. I loved that the room was on ground level, super convenient. We will be coming back for sure!

Amazing unit, great location!

We had a wonderful stay! Loved how the unit’s lanai opened right onto walking path right by the pool making super accessible especially if you have young kids in tow. The unit was extra large for our family of 6, and kitchen was beyond well stocked! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, well maintained and spacious unit!

Beds were comfortable, pool was huge, beach was beautiful. The location was great for accessing the multiuse path, plenty of restaurants near by and perfect for sunrise on the beach. The unit was clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property

Huge unit close to the entrance of the resort! Perfect spot to stay for our 10 days on Kauai, easy to get to both the north and south shores for different activities and the condo was a great place to relax when we needed a break. Grocery store across the street as well as restaurants and even a restaurant on site was all very convenient!

We enjoyed our stay. The pool and grounds were always clean as well as the kids loved the two pool slides. When we arrived the unit was clean and very welcoming. We had our Daughter and her family with us and the unit was just the right size for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Facility

Had a great time with three generations of our family. The pool area is terrific for all ages. D104 had plenty of room for our party of 7 and the location is really convenient (short walk from car with bags of groceries from across the street!). Thanks, hope to be able to return someday.

We loved our condo! We came to the property with three other families that rented their own condos and ours was the favorite because of the access to the pool from the bottom floor. Highly recommended!

Stunning and comfortable!

We loved our stay and our only regret was not staying longer. Our stay was as incredibly comfortable for our family of 5 with 3 kids plus grandma and uncle who joined us for a total of 7 people. We loved the pool. The location was ideal and made it easy to travel up and down the island in our car. We’d stay here in a heartbeat again!
