The property was perfect for our three generations family gathering. We had ten family members ranging from 82 to 10 years old. Everyone had a spot and was comfortable. The house had a full array of pots, pans, dishes and appliances including an outdoor grill.Easy walking distance to Old Town or CSU. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to do it again.

Great house great location

Great house for our family to stay at for a wedding. The location was within minutes of old town - and the back patio was a great spot to visit in the evening!

Great home

Home was extremely nice and updated. Had clear instructions for us on arrival. Convient to CSU's campus and downtown Fort Collins. We had issues with the AC that were resolved the next day when the sent out a technician. Overall would rent again for sure.

Beautiful industrial touches charmer

We lived this house! Perfect for our family vacation. Neighbor was great for walking and close to Old town. Check in process was a breeze and host was ready and willing to help. Looking forward to another visit. See ya soon Fort Collins.

Beautiful house

The staff was amazing as a few problems were noted after checkin. Overall amazing but oven didn’t work and hot tub wasn’t fully cleaned. The management did everything to ameliorate these glitches and our stay was wonderful!

Good location, beautiful property. Neighbors concerned about cars that weren’t ours and we couldn’t access the TV to watch anything all weekend. Other than that, it was nice.

Nice Place

We had a fantastic weekend getaway for my college daughters 21st birthday. House is beautiful and very spacious. Kitchen is beautiful with everything you may ever need! The only drawbacks of this rental property are that there are only like 8 bath towels total so if you bring 8 people and need more than one towel per person there won't be enough, you will need to do laundry everyday and there are no beach towels for the hot tub. Also the basement kitchenette is basically off limits as it is full of food...assuming someone lives there. Also the basement bathroom was dirty and hadn't been cleaned upon our arrival (from the person who actually lives there since there are toothbrushes and toothpaste etc in the bathroom drawers) I did reach out to the property management and they offered to come and have it cleaned but I didn't have time to deal with it as we were only there for a day and a half so I cleaned it as best I could. Overall it was a nice home to rent in Fort Collins.

Excellent Home

This was our second time staying in this home. We find that it offers our family enough room to spread out within the house. FYI - The owners had rearranged the bedroom furniture prior to our visit, and the bedroom with two twin beds was located in the basement. It is very close to old town and dining, plus it was easy for us to explore the area from this location. We felt very safe and comfortable in this neighborhood and would return to this property on future trips.
