A lot of charm for this house of 67 m² under the pines, renovated, and facing the island of Ré. On a closed ground of 560 m² with possibility of parking several cars.
direct access to the beach walk (less than 400m).
Seasonal shops nearby and free shuttle to the center in season.

You will have:
- 3 bedrooms: 1 with a bed of 160
                         1 with 2 beds of 80 (possibility to bring together for a couple)
                         1 with 2 beds 90
They are equipped with cupboards / wardrobes, quilts and pillows

- 1 stay of 24 m² with lounge (1 sofa, 2 armchairs, 1 TV Led 80 cm, and a dining area with buffet, 1 table, chairs ...

- 1 separate kitchen with washing machine, induction cooker with electric oven, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer compartment. Recent dishes and number, toaster, kettle, microwave, Nespresso machine...

- 1 shower room: with shower and washbasin

- 1 separate WC

- 1 Garage: to store bicycles, strollers, roof box ... (not for a car)

- 1 big terrace very well exposed, living room of garden, deckchairs, barbecue, outside shower

Nous avons passé deux semaines merveilleuses dans cette superbe maison. Tout était très propre et rien ne manquait. Il y a beaucoup de vaisselle et il y a même un fer à repasser et une essoreuse à salade. La maison est très bien rénovée avec une grande attention aux détails. Les propriétaires, qui remettent également les clés, sont très gentils et simples. Nous louerions à nouveau la maison. Beaucoup de salutations d'Allemagne! Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Alles war sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Geschirr ist reichlich vorhanden und sogar ein Bügeleisen und eine Salatschleuder sind vorhanden. Das Haus ist sehr gut und mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert. Die Besitzer, die auch die Schlüssel übergeben, sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir würden das Haus wieder mieten. Viele Grüße aus Deutschland!

Un accueil très sympathique avec les hôtes. Petit verre à notre arrivée bien agréable. La maison est charmande ,bien décorée. La terrasse et le jardin bien exposés. Une douche extérieure bien agréable à l 'abri des regards. Les chambres spacieuses et pourvues de moustiquaires... la plage est assez proche. Une navette gratuite est bien pratique pour se rendre dans les commerces. Nous avons eu peu de chance avec la météo...sinon tout était parfait.
