Had a great stay as the property had everything we required and was only a few minutes walk into town where there was numerous restaurants and bars. Also had a nice selection of shops and a lovely beach.

Outstanding in so many ways

The property is in an amazing location, only a couple of minutes stroll into town, and not much further to the beach. The property itself is in excellent condition and nicely decorated. The kitchen is brand new, well equipped, and makes self catering easy. The bathroom is excellent too, and mpre impressive in real life than the photos. The outside area is nice and quite private considering its position. An added bonus was the cellar which had a washing machine and a barbecue. Maud, who met us with the keys was fantastic, her English excellent and she made settling in very easy. She’s a real asset. We had an amazing holiday, helped greatly by the quality of this house. We’ll definitely visit again.

Maison très propre, déco super, il ne manquait rien pour passer un beau sejour. Une cour fermée pour laisser notre chien en liberté. Proche de la mer du centre ville, des commerces et restaurants.

Toller Urlaub in toller Unterkunft, sehr zufrieden mit allem

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft für unseren Urlaub im September 22 (13.9 bis 1.10) und können das Häuschen empfehlen! Positiv: - Fast alles vorhanden, schön dekoriert - Sauber - Schöne Terasse inkl. aller Gartenmöbel sowie Trauben von Reben - Eigentlich ruhig trotz zweier Straßen (wenig Verkehr); leider war während unserer Zeit ein Hausbau gegenüber, wobei es zum Glück nur manchmal laut war - Strand der Stadt (Südseite, ruhiges Wasser) zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, nächster Strand Westküste (typisch Atlantik mit den Wellen) mit dem Rad in 10 Minuten zu erreichen; an beiden Stränden nur wenig Strand in der Breite noch vorhanden (könnte im Sommer sehr eng sein, obwohl es in der Länge 14,7km Sandstrand gibt) - Innenstadt in 3 Minuten zu erreichen (Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt, Restaurants, etc.) - Kleine Waschmaschine vorhanden (Vorsicht Deckenhöhe!) - Preis im Vergleich zu anderen FeWo Unterkünften fair und nicht überteuert Verbesserungsvorschläge / Hinweise / Negativ: - Matratze des Betts sehr durchgelegen, sollte dringend ausgetauscht werden - Keine Möglichkeit im Haus oder im Keller Wäsche aufzuhängen; ein Wäscheständer wäre hilfreich - Es war sauber / besenrein, aber Pingelige würden wenige Spinnnetze bemängeln. - Keine Spülmaschine; war nicht schlimm, da wir darauf eingestellt waren. Alle anderen Geräte relativ neu (Herd/Backofen, Mikrowelle, Staubsauger) - Pech war, dass der Super U 4 Tage vor Ankunft abgebrannt ist (nächsten großer Super U 20 Minuten entfernt); soll aber schnell wieder neu aufgebaut werden und man bekommt auch alles, etwas teurer und ohne große Auswahl, in den kleinen Supermärkten - Kein WLAN (aber gutes mobiles Netz); Handtücher / Bettzeug selbst mitbringen (Bett 140 breit, eine große Decke, glaube 200x200 vorhanden) - Check-In über Nachbarn Urlaub im September: - Wir hatten eine Woche Sonne pur bei knapp über 20 Grad, dann eine wechselhafte Woche -> kann man Glück oder Pech haben. Jedoch weiß ich nicht, was das Durchschnittswetter im September ist. - Maximal noch 1/3 bewohnt. Wenig Touristen, sehr wenige ausländische Touristen, eher ältere Franzosen aus dem Inland -> daher ruhig und ursprünglicher als in der Hauptsaison, hat uns sehr gefallen - Mitte September die allermeisten Restaurants etc noch geöffnet, Markt noch sehr groß; in der letzten Septemberwoche dann aber nur noch wenig offen, nicht mehr alle Marktstände vom Anfang da gewesen und nur noch sehr wenig los im Ort

Séjour à la tranche sur mer

Location très bien située, propre, calme a proximité de tous commerces et plage. Au top Petit bémol machine à laver non utilisable, et penser à investir dans un fer à repasser.

Nous vous remercions beaucoup pour vos bonnes appréciations sur notre location. De notre côté nous allons contrôler le filtre de la vidange qui aurait poser un problème. La machine est assez récente et nous ne comprenons pas comment elle a pu tâcher vos serviettes. Quant au fer nous allons aussi le contrôler, lui il est assez ancien. Nous sommes heureux de savoir que vous avez passé un excellent séjour, nous faisons le maximum pour que ce soit ainsi. Cordialement

Je vous remercie beaucoup pour votre appréciation. Pour le lit j’ai des commentaires contraires, chaque locataire apprécie selon si il aime le matelas dur ou plutôt moelleux. Si il fallait que j’ai d’autres remaria c’est sujet, je changerais le matelas. Je vais faire ma petite enquête auprès de mes locataires qui sont en général des grands habitués. Le top des locations de vacances

Très bien placé dans quartier calme, à 2 mn des rues piétonnes et d'une boulangerie, 10 mn de la plage, stationnement devant la maison. La maison est bien équipée, comme chez soit. Accueil sympathique de Maud. En tout point c'est parfait.

Maison conforme à la description

Pas de mauvaise surprise la cour est très sympa et le quartier calme durant notre séjour. Le propriétaire est bien à l'écoute, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

vacance au mois aout 2015 super

super maison a 200 de la ville et 800 mer de la plage sauvage..que nous aimons nous personnellement.. velo et planche et des jouet pour mon fils de 8 ans ...on était trois...! on reviendra ..pas tres loings de tous.... merci a mr drapeau...domi marai et sylvain.

Nous avons passé de très bonne vacances dans cette petite maison, elle est proche de tout les commerces et la plage c'est qu'a quelques minutes à pieds. L'accueil à l'arrivé à été très bon ! je recommande chaudement .

très bon rapport qualité prix

Belle petite maison confortable très bien située à deux pas du centre ville. Propriétaire très à l'écoute et de bons conseils. Je recommanderais facilement cette location. Les restaurants sont très proches et toutes les plages sont accessibles car la mairie met un service de bus gratuit . Centre ville bien animé.
