The Steel Mill Industrial is a very upscale, 5 Star property for a delightful mix of log construction, roughly sawn cherry from the property and antique chandeliers. The Warehouse style windows on the large window wall give you a direct view of the outdoors and lovely gardens, trees and sky all the way through the ravine and to the water. The morning sun is especially beautiful streaming through the windows and simmering off the metallic copper ceilings throughout. The jewel of the Steel Mill Industrial is the one of a kind antique "orb" chandelier in the great room. It was a real find in a Panama City Beach junk yard and shipped for the purpose of restoration and use in this rustic suite. The Master Bedroom and en-suite is spacious and has a large double shower with multiple shower heads and a rain feature. The fully appointed Kitchen has granite countertops and a copper sink. The black stainless full size appliances slip seamlessly into the decor. The modern comforts and amenities are all included. Sauna and massage chair round out the loft for your relaxing pleasure after a bike ride or hike or for no reason at all. High speed Wi Fi make catching up with business or staying in touch with social media easy. Big screen Roku smart TVs in both the bedroom and great room. (We hope you abandon these habits and truly disconnect for a rejuvenating experience.) 1,000 sq. ft. of room to stretch out and enjoy your quiet time.

Handicap friendly – In the design we have integrated several features which will make this suite accessible to wheelchairs. Roll in shower-large bathroom-additional roll up vanity-accessible Kitchen-straight in ramp from the parking lot-no step to the deck. While we are not ADA, our hope is to make it easier for our guests with disabilities to be comfortable here.

The Steel Mill Industrial sits right at the edge of the carefully manicured ravine, it has a bit of a view of the lake from the deck and great room. Situated on the 7 acre property to ensure that every guest of the property has privacy. The suite is fully contained with all the amenities you would expect in a 5 Star European Lodge.

The deck overlooking the beautiful gardens and the ravine is just outside the great room through the sliding glass door. The gardens surrounding the suite are a delight. Relax on a cool evening with a fire in the privacy of your own space. Throw a steak on the gas grill and open a bottle of wine for an easy dinner at home. The suite has it's own hot tub on the adjoining deck, completely private for only you. Slide into the warm and bubbly water for your relaxing pleasure.

Take your morning coffee on a comfortable walk around the lake and up through the ravine. Stop to enjoy on a bench along the way. Easy walking and beautiful views! Take out a canoe or kayak on the mirror like water. Explore the lovely coves of the lake-finding the water lily cove and the picturesque boat docks in front of one remaining old barns from a century ago. Rent a boat at the marina or bring your own. Cruise around the lake any afternoon. Drop a hook in the water and try your luck. Lake Logan is touted as the "best fishing lake in Ohio". Stop and take a dip in the water to cool off on a hot day. There is no end to the adventure you may experience here at our amazing property. (Let alone in 10+ state parks with a multitude of hikes, caves and waterfalls known as the Hocking Hills Region.)

There are a multitude of beautiful spots to relax and enjoy the grounds and take in the ever changing views of the lake. The added enjoyment of the water rounds out your experience to the region. If you never left our property to enjoy a hike in the caves or a zip line through the canopy, you would have a special vacation enjoying the property and the special energy of the Hocking Hills.

There is a large outdoor fire pit called the "Summit Fire pit" situated on a large green space across from the Château that you may enjoy anytime. Meet other guests from our other cabins while you explore the many amenities available to you. Firewood is available $.

We have 2 deer feeding stations in the ravine and in view from your suite. They are lite up at night so you may enjoy the wildlife as they come in to eat through the evening. You will see them often as they sprint across the property. June is especially fun when the fawns start following their mommys around the area.

We have kayaks, canoes and mountain bikes that you may use at no extra charge.
