A hot tub that seats 8-10, your own 5 burner grill, outdoor dining with LED lit umbrellas, plenty of lounge style seating are begging for you to unwind, relax and make wonderful memories. Additional private decks on both floors, front and back! Backyard and frontyard are both shared between the two units. While each unit has their own grill, patio dining furniture etc, the hot-tub is shared.

Suite A of The Salty Pineapple is about 1200 Sqft and has two large bedrooms and one full bath upstairs with a half bath and a pull out bed on the ground floor. Beautifully decorated and inspired by the famous St Augustine Lighthouse, you’ll enjoy the hand painted staircase painted to represent an ocean inviting you upstairs!

KITCHEN:
From the modern granite waterfall countertop in the kitchen to the glass shower wall, the well-designed sprinkle of colors and coastal menagerie are an experience to be had! Keurig coffee maker, microwave, electric oven and stove, refrigerator is available in this open concept fully equipped kitchen. If you’d rather cook outdoors, enjoy your very own grill and relax while barbecuing!

BEDROOM ONE
Bedroom 1 is large and spacious with a very private attached balcony/deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee, read a book while hearing the waves crash, or just watch the luscious green trees and beautiful blue skies! The KING size bed boasts top of the line Purple mattress popularly known as newest technological innovation for ‘the most luxurious sleep’. The headboard rests on hand painted designer oceanic ombre wall that doesn’t let you feel away from the waves! The bed frames are also from Purple and can support up to 1200lbs of weight! A fold out twin bed with thick memory foam is also available to sleep additional person. (1 Purple KING mattress, 1 twin fold-out)

BEDROOM TWO
Bedroom 2 is a super fun designer built-in Bunk beds that comfortably sleeps 5 adults (or children!). Children’s toys and books have been lovingly provided! (5 XL twin beds – bunks, trundle, and loft – take your pick!)

PULL OUT SOFA
The leather couch in the downstairs living room pulls out to sleep 2. This is great for guests that don’t want to or are not able to make trips through the staircase. It’s also great for some late night popcorn and cozying up in front of the SMART tv!

Enormous parking space in driveway, large enough for a camper or even a boat!

Option for SLEEPing UP TO 19:
The Salty Pineapple is unique since it’s a duplex beach house. This opens up the possibility for larger groups or families to book together yet still maintain privacy. Suite A and Suite B together comfortably sleep 19 and maybe booked via VRBO.com/1482801. Each suite has its own separate entrance, kitchen, living, bath and bed, with private front porch and back balcony. The suites share the large front parking space and the 1100+ sqft of resort style back outdoor lounge, spa and dining.
