#205 is a stylishly remodeled second floor corner unit. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The two guest rooms, one ensuite, each offer a king bed. The beautifully remodeled and fully equipped kitchen has a dining room table with seating for 6. The spacious living room has a wood burning fire place and outside there is a wraparound balcony.

Lift One Condominiums is walking distance to downtown Aspen! Our property is located steps away from Aspen Mountain's historic lift 1A and three blocks from Aspen's Silver Queen Gondola. We are just one block from Wagner Park and half a block from Koch Park. Lift One is on the bus route, which gives you the ability to be dropped off right in front of our complex. Frequent and convenient free bus service to all four ski mountains is just one block away. We offer a range of condominium rentals to suit family groups and parties of different sizes. You will appreciate having all the comforts of home in addition to a wood-burning fireplace in each unit. All of our vacation rentals have fully equipped kitchens, private balconies or patios and are provided with daily housekeeping, free wireless internet, and HD digital cable. Lift One has a warm and welcoming lobby with a guest computer, free laundry facilities, a ski locker room with boot dryers, and a large grill in our courtyard for barbequing. Our property features a pool and a hot tub for your enjoyment. Whether you are coming for vacation, or business, we are in the perfect location to take advantage of everything Aspen and the surrounding area has to offer.

Great Location / Friendly Staff

We enjoyed staying at this condo as a group of colleagues during F&W. The location makes it easy to access all parts of town quickly. The condo was comfortable and we enjoyed some cooking. It even came with daily housekeeping services which was much appreciated!

Roomy Condo at Great Location

The condo was very roomy and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub and ski locker were very convenient. And the location of the condo was perfect. We were just 2-4 blocks (easy walking distance) from every shop and restaurant that we wanted to walk to, and even closer to the ski lift. Plus, they cleaned the condo daily.

We were in a 3/3 condo that was fantastic. Everything about it was great. Location was perfect too. Easy walk to gondola, quick walk to a lift around the corner. It’s located in a quiet area close enough to walk to everything if you like. One parking spot is my only gripe, but there’s plenty on the street, which if you know Aspen,, that’s Aspen. The hot tub was fantastic too, wish there were longer tubbing hours. We really had zero issues and will absolutely book again.

Great Wedding Weekend in Aspen

We were in town for a wedding and stayed @ the Lift One Condo, Unit 101. The property was great for 5 of us staying there. The management company communicated very clearly and made sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend Lift One to anyone looking to stay in Aspen.

Nice Property

We had 4 adults an a 7 year old. The property is exactly as stated. It was super clean, felt secluded yet was only a couple of blocks from the restaurants and shops and the pool area was very nice. Our group all felt we would stay here again if we are in Aspen and we would all recommend this property.

Perfect space for friends get away.

Check in and check out could not have been easier. Place was exactly as expected. The bedrooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with what we needed. The very large sectional sofa made the living room very comfortable in the evenings while we watched hockey, basketball and premier league soccer.

Well-maintained property with an awesome property manager. The pool, hot tub and barbecue are well-maintained and the property manager was extremely helpful. Our room (301) was beautiful the only issue was the people below us on the balcony were smoking pot and were loud and the buses pass by constantly

Spacious and relaxing stay

Great condo for a couples trip. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Enjoyed the daily housekeeping and plentiful seating in kitchen and family room. Nice balcony but no views and construction all around (which the owner warned of when we booked). Noise was not a problem, but if you’re looking for a good views just keep in mind. Didn’t really affect us as we were out hiking all days and only spending time in the condo in the evenings (:
