Beautiful space very centrally located in Aspen. Nice to have a bathroom in every bedroom and good to be able to walk right out to the pool and hot tub. Host was very accommodating and even helped out with a pack and play. Would stay in the unit again

We booked this property to take our daughter, SIL, & 3 grandchildren to introduce them to Aspen.The condo is thoughtfully laid out & decorated. It is a well equipped kitchen with upper end appliances. We cooked in most evenings with 3 young grandchildren with 7 people in total. There was a wide assortment of games, books, & craft items which kept the younger grandchildren occupied. Convenient to downtown, trails, a hidden gem - The Aspen Rec Center. Located a couple of blocks from Aspen Mountain - such a beautiful location.The hosts instructions were clear & reasonable, We would highly recommend this property for a stay.

The downstairs bedrooms were very cramped. Instructions stated that we needed start a load sheets before leaving. there was no laundry detergent. We are also instructed to put the garbage in the dumpster. All dumpsters were locked.The person we spoke to at check in was very helpful and responsive.

I’m sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations, though I’m glad our team was helpful and responsive during check-in. Regarding the downstairs bedrooms, the property’s square footage and layout are detailed in the listing description and photographs to help guests understand the space before booking. I’m sorry the accommodations felt smaller than anticipated. As for the laundry detergent, we provide laundry pods in the unit and restock them between each stay. They are kept in the supply closet, and our team would have been happy to direct you to them had we known you were having trouble locating them. Regarding the trash disposal, the dumpster enclosures are secured with wooden bars rather than locks. These are necessary precautions to prevent bears from accessing the trash, in accordance with local bear-safety requirements in Aspen. Guests can simply remove the wooden bar to access the dumpsters. We appreciate your feedback and are always happy to assist with any questions or concerns during a stay. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us!

Hi Stephen, thanks for the review. I'm not sure where you may have seen that there were three king beds, as our listing doesn't mention that anywhere. It's possible there was a mix-up when you were reading that the unit is three-bedrooms. The photos also show that one of the bedrooms has twin beds.

The unit was clean and conveniently located in downtown Aspen. The only downside was the lighting, which made the unit seem dark. One parking space, but street parking was no issue.

We absolutely loved this cozy condo with all the amenities in an ideal location in Aspen! Three great bedrooms, kitchen supplies, washer dryer, fun artwork and all very clean! We would love to stay here again in the future!!

Great condo in a great location

Had a great time staying here for the weekend. Some buddies and I went up to go skiing, and I couldn't have had a better place to stay. Only a few blocks from the center of town and the mountain.

Spectacular spot in a lovely town

We had the best weekend in Aspen staying here. The location is perfect- walking distance to everything. The house was clean, had everything we needed stocked, and perfect size for our family of 6. I would highly recommend!

Amazing stay near everything in town!

We visited Aspen during October and this rental was the perfect place to stay for a friend getaway. We could walk to everything in town, the rooms & bathrooms were great, and the place was very clean. The check in & check out process was very easy. We will be coming back!

The property is very well located and is great for a family or group. It was also clean and relatively well appointed (although they could use a bigger coffee maker). The check-in and check-out process was very easy and the property manager was very nice and responsive. I would certainly stay here again.

Love staying at this place. Property manager, Skippy, was incredibly response and stayed in frequent communication prior to our stay. The property was as advertised and my family of 6 could not have been happier with our stay. I would highly recommend this property.

Aspen bliss

Aspen never disappoints. The house was beautiful and the location was perfect. Comfortable and cozy and close to everything on foot as we did not rent a car. Our host was helpful from the very moment we booked our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice home great location

Exactly as advertised. My husband daughter and I were very comfortable here. Location was great. We didn’t need a rental car or Uber we were able to walk to the slopes, shops and restaurants with ease.
