Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Bungalows at Seagrove is a planned bungalow community of 56 individual 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath homes in Seagrove Beach, less than 2 miles east of Seaside, on Highway 30-A. It is walking distance to bike, golf cart, kayak rentals and stores to purchase beach essentials. If you forgot or need something it is a 4 minute walk to Tom Thumb Convenience Store. You can also walk to Goatfeathers Seafood Market for their fresh seafood, steamed shrimp, smoked tuna dip and more. This well appointed planned community is within walking distance of the beach and includes 2 pools, a hot tub, masterfully landscaped grounds with an adjoining lake, abundant parking spaces, and sidewalks, with numerous wooden walk bridges.

Coastal Blue is centrally located on 30A with only a short bike ride to the excellent shopping and dining options of Seaside! If you prefer a leisurely stroll, then Café 30A is only minutes away and constantly ranked as one of the best restaurants on 30A. Angelina's is also within walking distance for pasta or pizza. Walk to Dough Sea Dough Donuts for morning donuts or breakfast sandwiches. The Big Chill at Prominence, around 3 miles east, is great place to take kids, watch an outdoor movie, listen to music or eat at one of the half a dozen unique eateries.

Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
