Come enjoy the finest that Windham Mountain has to offer in this spacious, contemporary ski home with breath-taking mountain views.

This 4,000 sq foot home features a two-story stone wood-burning fireplace, 2 Master Bedrooms, 4 Full Baths, a kids bunk room, office space, a bar/media room with fireplace, a large furnished patio, a rooftop deck, outdoor seating, sauna and a private covered hot tub.

ABOUT THE HOUSE
This split-level home has all the space and amenities you will need to really enjoy you’re stay at Windham Mountain.

The bright and airy second floor living areas are the ideal spaces for socializing. Enjoy a drink from the wet bar, or cozy up with a book from our library.

The large windows in the dining room offer unobstructed views of the picturesque mountains while you enjoy your meal.

The fully customized kitchen includes all Viking appliances, and is fully stocked with all the cookware, dinnerware and extras you would need.

The second-floor master bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, office space, plenty of closet space, and an en suite bathroom with a private vanity area.

The third-floor master bedroom features a queen-size bed, vaulted ceilings, TV and sliding glass doors that lead out to a private rooftop deck. The en suite features a luxurious walk-in porcelain and river rock rain shower.

The first-floor guest room features a queen-size bed, and a large closet.

The children’s bunk room features 2 twin bunk beds (comfortably sleeping 4). A full bathroom between these rooms has a shower/tub combo separate from the vanity area.

The media room features a 95” flat screen smart TV, Blu-Ray/DVD player, saloon style bar, electric reclining sofa, and a wood-burning fireplace.

Other amenities include a private covered hot tub, parking for 6 cars in the driveway, a mudroom with bench seating and cubbies for your gear, and a washer/dryer set.

Please be advised that we will not accept a reservation from anyone under the age of 25.

THE LOCATION
In addition to easy access to some of the best skiing in the area, the home is conveniently located minutes away from other Windham amenities. Start your day with a cup of coffee at The Windham Local, or grab lunch or dinner at one of the village eateries. Catskill Mountain Country Store, Chicken Run, Ze Wine Bar, are all less than 10 mins away. Need to unwind? Treat yourself to a massage or facial at The Windham Spa in town, or the Alpine Spa within the Windham Mountain Resort area.

Very special house

We had a wonderful weekend in Windham at this spectacular house! Plenty of space on multiple levels, comfortable beds, luxurious bathrooms, fabulous porches and even flip flops and robes for the hot tub! Splurge for this spot - you won’t regret it.

Such a beautiful home - it exceeded our expectations! Very well stocked with lots of luxuries! The house was clean, cozy and very comfortable! House was very specious and close to the slopes. Teens had a blast. Owners are super responsive and seem lovely. Can't wait to come back next year!

Family Ski weekend

We stay at alot of ski homes and this was by far one of the best yet. Very close ski access just a short walk. Kids had a blast playing in the yard in the snow after skiing. Wife and I were able to keep an eye on them from hot tub. Organized and very clean. Will be syaying again!

Perfect Ski Chalet

My husband and I had a lovely long weekend at this gorgeous property right on Windham Mountain. The house was spotless, great layout and a perfect winter retreat - awesome views, two gorgeous wood-burning fireplaces, a hot tub and sauna, several comfortable areas on two levels to spread out and relax, great kitchen and working grill (fast internet and Sonos as well). It was just the two of us, but would accommodate 3 couples easily; we look forward to visiting again with friends!

Beautiful & Spacious mountain home on the slopes!

This spacious mountain home beautifully met our needs for ski in/ ski out on Windham Mountain. An outdoor patio & grill allowed for after ski cookout outs; a functional kitchen allowed for meals in between. Plenty of windows with glorious mountain view’s, 2 massive working fireplaces with plenty of cut firewood at hand, large TV’s for viewing with friends (our family watched the Super Bowl together!), and overall excellent open space. The mud room also had washer / dryer, plenty of hooks for hanging ski gear, a dry sauna, which felt really great after the hot tub! Highly recommend this property!

We had an amazing time during our trip. The house is just as beautiful as it is in the photos. It's very spacious and has great amenities (sauna, hot tub, large tv, sonos speakers throughout). If you're looking to stay near the mountain I would highly recommend this property.

Great ski house, amazing location and amenities

Can’t beat this location and terrific property! Hot tub, pool, sauna, multiple living spaces to hangout as a family and cozy fireplaces to keep warm and conversations going. BBQ on patio makes for a great way to grill after long days of skiing. Bedrooms are spacious and well furnished. We had a wonderful family ski trip here and would come back again :) Ski in / out is a short walk from house onto Wonderama slope.

The house and hosts are great! Clean, spacious and great views. Hosts are super responsive. If you have small kids be prepared to put them in the car for a short drive or walk a bit to get to trail access for the Lower Wipeout trail or drive down to the main drop off area at Windham. Overall great experience.

Perfect Mountain Retreat

We spent 6 nights and 7 days (in mid-July) in this spacious home on the mountain. The views from all rooms are amazing. The maintain air is so refreshing. The creek that flows right near the house creates a wonderful soundscape. The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths spread across 3 floors, so we had plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The dining room and 2 living areas/lounges have ample seating. There is a hot tub with canopy and an indoor sauna. Gabi and Mike were very helpful. We loved staying in this house and exploring the hiking trails and waterfalls in the Elm Ridge Windham Mountain Wilderness as well as walking up the mountain right near the house. No crowds during the summer season, which was a plus for us. We will definitely be back.

Amazing place to host a wedding party!!!

We recently stayed here for our wedding. We housed the wedding party for the weekend. The place was amazing to say the least. The property was so beautiful we were able to have some first look photos on premise. There was more then enough room for all parties involved and the décor was breathtaking. We left some unopened bottles of liquor and champagne for the owners or future guest to enjoy as a thank you. I would definitely stay here again, and encourage others to do so as well. We cant wait to set up a couples weekend in the near future for a fishing and outdoor couples getaway here!
